1. Promotion Summary

The "Where is Moomoo?" Social Media Campaign (hereinafter referred to as the 'Promotion', whereas the rewards obtained in this Promotion are hereinafter referred to as 'Promotion Rewards') is a commercial promotional activity offered by moomoo Securities Australia Ltd, ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, of Suite 5.01, Level 5, 570 George Street, Sydney ('moomoo AU' or the 'Promoter').

This Promotion runs from 18 May 2026 to 15 June 2026 (the 'Promotion Period') and is available to eligible users (as defined below) on the following platforms:

• Xiaohongshu (Rednote)

• Instagram

2. Promotion Mechanics and Rewards

2.1 Xiaohongshu (Rednote) Platform

a. Promotion Period

18 May 2026 – 15 June 2026

b. Eligibility

Eligible participants ('Eligible Participants') must meet all of the following criteria:

• Maintain a public (non-private) Xiaohongshu account

• Be an Australian resident

• Complete all required steps during the Promotion Period

c. How to Participate

Step 1: Download the moomoo AU app and follow the official Moomoo account on Rednote.

Step 2: Head to Melbourne Central, take three photos of any moomoo elements, share your moomoo experience (minimum 15 characters), post the photos/videos on Rednote, tag the official @moomoo account, and include the hashtag #moomooMelbourne. The post shall be publicly visible and shall be retained for 3 days or more.

Step 3: Leave a review for moomoo Australia on Google. The review must be retained for 3 days or more.

Once you've completed the steps above, head to the Melbourne Central pop-up and show your posts to claim your reward.

d. Prize

$20 Coles Gift Card	First 200 eligible participants only

e. Prize Allocation

1. Participants must visit the Melbourne Central pop-up in person and present the following to staff: the qualifying Rednote post (showing the official moomoo account tag and required hashtag) and the Google review (screenshot or live page).

2. Upon verification by staff, the $20 Coles Gift Card will be issued on the spot.

3. The reward is limited to the first 200 eligible participants who complete all required steps and pass verification. Available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last.

4. Limited to one redemption per person across both platforms combined. Regardless of which platform a participant uses to enter, each individual may only claim the reward once.

5. The use of the Coles Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions established by giftcards.com.au (https://www.giftcards.com.au/giftcardtermsofpurchase). Gift cards are non-refundable. For other enquiries, please contact Coles directly. In case of any dispute related to the use and handling of the gift card, Coles reserves the right of final decision and moomoo AU shall not be liable for any dispute.

2.2 Instagram Platform

a. Promotion Period

Eligible participants ('Eligible Participants') must meet all of the following criteria:

• Maintain a public (non-private) Instagram account

• Be an Australian resident

• Complete all required steps during the Promotion Period

c. How to Participate

Step 1: Download the Moomoo AU app, and follow @moomoo_ANZ on Instagram.

Step 2: Head to Melbourne Central, take one photo/video featuring any Moomoo elements, post them to your Instagram public Story, add a location tag, and tag @moomooanz. The post shall be publicly visible and shall be retained for 24 hours. Step 3: Leave a google review for moomoo Australia . The review must be retained for 3 days or more.

Once this is completed, visit the Melbourne Central pop-up in person and show proof of your story to claim your reward.

 

d. Prize

3. Other Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is provided by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd. ('Moomoo AU'). In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The moomoo app is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc.

2. This Promotion is available to Australian residents only, pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. It is not available to, and not advertised to, the general public.

3. Investing and/or trading in securities markets carries risks and may not be suitable for all investors. Participants willing to take part in this Promotion must read and understand the Financial Services Guide, Risk Disclosure Statements and other disclosure documents available on the website (www.moomoo.com/au) before making any investment decisions.

4. Participants should seek advice from a tax professional. There may be other applicable taxes to consider. Participants are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from their participation in this Promotion.

5. Participants must ensure that all content submitted is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. Participants shall be solely responsible for any legal liability arising from non-compliant content. Moomoo AU shall bear no liability in this regard.

6. By participating, participants grant moomoo AU a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, repost, or display their submitted content (including images and videos) in connection with the Promotion and related promotional materials, without additional notice or compensation.

7. Moomoo AU strictly prohibits participants from publishing false, misleading, or fraudulent content, or from attempting to manipulate the outcome of the Promotion in any way. Moomoo AU reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such conduct and to withhold any associated rewards.

8. At its sole discretion, Moomoo AU reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and invalidate any affected participants, or suspend, reclaim or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).

9. This Promotion is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any securities. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute any form of financial advice.

10. Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability for any financial or non-financial losses incurred by any person in connection with the Promotion, however arising.

11. Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above rewards if it believes that the participant is ineligible to participate in the Promotion, or that the participant is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused activities in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Moomoo AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

12. Moomoo AU has the final right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. The data and data confirmed in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo AU's back-end data. In case of any disputes, Moomoo AU reserves the right to make the final decision without any further notice.

13. These Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
