Promotion Description

The Moomoo AU Earnings Season Festival (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is a commercial promotion offered by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Moomoo AU" or "the Promotor"), ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663. The Promotion is valid from 12:00 AM (AEST) on January 15, 2025, to 11:59 PM (AEST) on March 1, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion Period") and is open exclusively to eligible clients of Moomoo AU.

Eligibility

Eligible Clients:

All users who have registered, and are currently registered, with Moomoo AU.

How to Participate

During the Promotion Period, eligible clients can participate in the "Post-Earnings Target Price Prediction" activity via designated activity landing page .

• "Post-Earnings Target Price" refers to the closing price of a listed company at the end of the normal trading session on the T+1 day that their financial report was released.

• On the designated activity landing page, eligible clients can browse relevant stock information and participate in the "Post-Earnings Target Price Prediction" activity, i.e. to predict the "post-performance target price" of a designated stock by voting for a price range. During the Promotion Period, the voting activities will be refreshed on a weekly basis, and Moomoo AU can, at its own discretion, decide the time to refresh the voting activities, and decide on the end time of each single voting activity.

• In the event eligible clients validlyly participate in the voting and make correct predictions (i.e choose the correct price range), eligible clients can earn respective rewards according to these terms and conditions:

1.During the Promotion Period, eligible clients can participate in the prediction activity every week ("Regular Weekly Prediction Rewards"). Upon each correct prediction, an eligible client can randomly receive one of the three rewards: 5 moomoo points, 50 moomoo points, or one AUD 5 stock cash coupon.

2.During the Promotion Period, if an eligible client accumulatively makes 10 correct predictions, this eligible client is entitled to earn the "Lucky Grand Prize" at the end of the Promotion, that is, the eligible client has a chance to randomly receive either 3000 moomoo points or one AUD 100 stock cash coupon.

3. (i) Eligible clients who registered before 11:59 PM on November 30, 2024, but have not made a deposit, and (ii) eligible clients who have deposited but not traded before 11:59 PM on November 30, 2024, will receive one AUD 5 stock cash coupon upon the first correct prediction ("Special Rewards").

**Only participation through designated pages will be deemed as valid participation in the "Post-Earnings Target Price Prediction" activity. Participation in other posts/topics will not be entitled to rewards for this Promotion.

Rewards Description

4.1 Regular Weekly Prediction Rewards

Regular weekly Prediction Rewards will be randomly and automatically distributed within three business days following each Friday. The result of what an eligible client will get will be randomly determined by the system and Moomoo AU provides no guarantee, promise or warranty on the rewards granted. Below are the probabilities of obtaining the rewards:

• 5 moomoo points (85% probability, no usage conditions)

• 50 moomoo points (10% probability, no usage conditions)

• AUD 5 stock cash coupon (5% probability, usage subject to the terms and conditions of stock cash coupon and can only be used in orders with a minimum trading amount of AUD 20)

4.2 Lucky Grand Prize

Eligible clients who accumulatively made 10 correct predictions during the Promotion Period will all be entitled to obtain the "Lucky Grand Prize". The result of what an eligible client will get will be randomly determined by the system and Moomoo AU provides no guarantee, promise or warranty on the rewards granted.The prize will be automatically distributed on or before 15 March, 2025.

• AUD 100 stock cash coupon: Limited to 20 coupons, randomly awarded to qualifying "Lucky Grand Prize" winners. The usage of AUD 100 stock cash coupons is subject to the terms and conditions of stock cash coupons and can only be used in orders with a minimum trading amount of AUD 100.

• 3000 moomoo points: Unlimited, awarded to qualifying participants who did not receive the "Lucky Grand Prize - AUD 100 stock cash coupon". There is no usage condition on the moomoo points

4.3 Special Rewards

• Eligible clients who registered before 11:59 PM on November 30, 2024, but have not made a deposit, and eligible clients who have deposited but not traded before 11:59 PM on November 30, 2024, will receive one AUD 5 stock cash coupon upon the first correct prediction ("Special Rewards"). For this correct prediction, an eligible client will not be entitled to the Regular Weekly Prediction Rewards if such client collects the Special Rewards. However, these Special Rewards will not affect the right to claim Regular Weekly Prediction Rewards for subsequent correct predictions (other than the first correct prediction).

• Special Rewards will be distributed together with the Regular Weekly Prediction Rewards (if any), i.e within three business days following each Friday.

• The usage of AUD 5 stock cash coupon is subject to the terms and conditions of stock cash coupon and can only be used in orders with a minimum trading amount of AUD 20.

4.4 Special Rewards

4.5 FAQ

1.When will I receive my rewards?

  • Regular Weekly Prediction Rewards set forth in 4.1 and Special Rewards set forth in 4.3 will be distributed within three business days following each Friday.

  • The "Lucky Grand Prize" will be distributed by 15 March,2025.

  • Notifications regarding reward distribution will be sent via in-app messages. Please enable "Reward Distribution," "Subscribe Activities," and "Featured Activities" in "Me -- Notifications -- Other Push". You can also view your rewards in "Me -- My Rewards".

2.How can I check my participation history?

Other Terms and Conditions

1.This Promotion is provided by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Moomoo AU"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission（ASIC). 4.Moomoo AU strictly prohibits any existing customer from sharing, selling or otherwise promoting their referral link(s) on public domains, including social media platforms that are open for public viewing. Existing customers are reminded that such actions are likely a violation of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. Moomoo reserves the rights to take further actions against the relevant Clients should any such activities are identified, including but not limited to:

• Termination or suspension of the Moomoo AU Accounts held by relevant Clients invited by such existing customers ;

• Removal of any allocated or unallocated promotion rewards from the Moomoo AU Accounts held by C Clients, at the expense of the account holder(s);

• Disqualify relevant Clients from participation in any future promotions or events;

• Make corresponding reports of misconducts or violation of relevant laws or regulations to regulators, including ASIC.

5.A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the Promotion will be sent to participants. If you want to turn off notifications, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on the moomoo App.

6.At its sole discretion, Moomoo AU reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and invalidate any affected participations, or suspend or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).

7.You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement , as well as all the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. including but not limited to registering multiple accounts using the same device, Moomoo AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.

8.Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.

9.This event is not available for users on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo AU's safety rules, the user will be put on the "Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List".If you need to know more about the list, you can contact the customer service team of Moomoo AU.

12.Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits if it believes that the client is ineligible to participate in the Promotion, or that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, Moomoo AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

13.Moomoo AU has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo AU's back-end data. In case of any disputes, Moomoo AU reserves the right to make the final decision without any further notice.

14.The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
