Moomoo AU Referral Promotion (01/09/2026~17/09/2026)

1. Promotion Period

The Moomoo AU Referral Promotion (the "Promotion", and the rewards issued under the Promotion as the “Referral Rewards”) is offered by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd (ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663), located at Suite 5.01, Level 5, 570 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 ("Moomoo AU" or the "Promoter").

The Promotion is valid from 1 September 2026 at 00:00 AEST to 17 September 2026 at 23:59 AEST (the “Promotion Period”), and is available exclusively to existing clients of Moomoo AU.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to existing clients of Moomoo AU (each, a "Referrer") who hold a valid and active Moomoo AU trading account (the "Account").

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

A "Referral Link" is a unique link assigned to each Referrer, which may be shared with friends and family.
A "Referred Friend" is an Australian resident aged 18 or over who:

a) has never previously registered a Moomoo account;
b) successfully signs up and downloads the Moomoo app via the Referrer’s Referral Link; and
c) completes registration using an Australian IP address.

A "first deposit" is the first amount of funds successfully credited to the Referred Friend’s Moomoo AU trading account.
A "Successful Referral" is a Referred Friend who, during the Promotion Period, completes a first deposit that meets the applicable threshold in Clause 3 via the Referrer’s Referral Link.

3. How it works

Share your unique Referral Link with friends and family. You will receive the following Referral Rewards when your Referred Friend completes a qualifying first deposit during the Promotion Period:

Important rules

Each Referred Friend can trigger only one Referral Reward tier, based on that friend’s first single deposit. A first deposit of at least AUD 100 but less than AUD 1,500 qualifies for the AUD 50 trading coupon pack only. A first deposit of AUD 1,500 or more qualifies for the AUD 100 trading coupon pack or an NVIDIA share only. A first deposit of AUD 1,500 or more does not also generate the AUD 50 pack. The two tiers cannot be combined for the same Referred Friend.
The reward tier is determined by the Referred Friend’s first deposit. A later top-up that brings the friend’s balance or cumulative deposits to AUD 1,500 or more does not automatically upgrade the Referrer to the AUD 100 trading coupon pack or an NVIDIA share.
If a Referred Friend’s first deposit is at least AUD 100 but less than AUD 1,500, and that friend later deposits additional funds during the Promotion Period so that their total deposits reach AUD 1,500 or more, the Referrer will not receive the AUD 100 trading coupon pack or an NVIDIA share for that same friend.
The Referrer may receive the AUD 100 trading coupon pack only in respect of the first Referred Friend whose first deposit is AUD 1,500 or more.
From the second Referred Friend onwards whose first deposit is AUD 1,500 or more, the Referrer may receive 1 frozen NVIDIA share for each such friend, up to 19 shares. Gift share conditions are in Clause 5.
If a Referred Friend’s first deposit is less than AUD 100, that friend does not generate a Referral Reward.

Reward caps

Each Referrer may receive Referral Rewards for up to 40 Referred Friends: up to 20 friends whose first single deposit is at least AUD 100 but less than AUD 1,500, and up to 20 friends whose first single deposit is AUD 1,500 or more.

That means up to 20 AUD 50 trading coupon packs, 1 AUD 100 trading coupon pack (for the first friend in the AUD 1,500 or more tier), and up to 19 NVIDIA shares (for each subsequent friend in that tier).
If all caps are reached, the maximum Referral Rewards are AUD 50 x 20 + AUD 100 = AUD 1,100 in trading coupons, plus 19 NVIDIA shares.

The AUD 100 trading coupon pack can be received only once.
No Referral Rewards will be issued beyond these caps.
Caps are applied in the order in which the required actions are completed and recorded by Moomoo AU’s backend systems during the Promotion Period.
These caps apply only to the Referrer’s Referral Rewards and do not affect any Welcome Rewards available to Referred Friends.

*Important: Your Referral Link must only be shared within your personal network (e.g., friends and family) in a peer-to-peer manner. Sharing, selling, or publicly promoting your Referral Link (including on social media or public platforms) is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable Australian financial services laws and regulations. Breaches may result in legal consequences. For more information, refer to Clause 5 of the General Terms and Conditions below.

4. Trading coupons for Referrers

Referral cash-value rewards are issued as trading coupons. They are a credit towards eligible trades. They are not withdrawable cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The AUD 15 and AUD 20 trading coupons each require a minimum activation amount of AUD 200 (a minimum eligible order of AUD 200) and are valid for 90 days from the date the coupon is credited to your account.
The AUD 50 trading coupon requires a minimum activation amount of AUD 500 (a minimum eligible order of AUD 500) and is valid for 90 days from the date the coupon is credited to your account.

General rules for using trading coupons:

You must have a valid Moomoo AU brokerage account to receive and use trading coupons.
Only one trading coupon may be used at a time.
Each trading coupon can be used only once.
Unused coupons expire at the end of the 90-day validity period and will not be reissued.

*Important: The “trading coupons” in this Promotion are the same product as the “stock cash coupons” previously issued in the moomoo app; only the name has changed. Both may be used in the same way to offset eligible trading fees, and previously issued stock cash coupons remain valid.

5. Gift shares for Referrers

Gift share allocation and status

The free NVIDIA share (NASDAQ: NVDA) will be allocated to the Referrer’s Moomoo AU trading account within 5–7 business days after the corresponding Referred Friend meets all required conditions.
Initially, the share will be in a "frozen" status. Frozen shares will not be reflected in your portfolio’s market value and cannot be sold.
Allocated gift shares remain frozen until the Referred Friend, during the subsequent 30-calendar-day Asset Maintenance Period (starting from the date of share allocation), maintains a daily average asset value of at least 80% of AUD 1,500 (i.e. AUD 1,200).
To allow for market fluctuation, a daily average asset value of up to 20% below the applicable threshold is permitted.
If all conditions are met, the share will be unfrozen within 5 business days after the 30-day period.
If conditions are not met, the gift share will be removed within 7 calendar days after the end of the Asset Maintenance Period.

Share ownership

Gift shares are issued directly into the Referrer’s Moomoo AU trading account.
Once unfrozen, shares are permanently owned by the client until sold or transferred.

Average daily asset calculation for the Referred Friend

Whether a gift share can be unlocked depends on the Referred Friend’s average daily asset value during the 30-calendar-day Asset Maintenance Period. Over those 30 days, average daily assets must be at least AUD 1,200 (80% of AUD 1,500).

How average daily assets are calculated:

The calculation starts the day after the gift share is allocated to the Referrer’s account.
Each day’s asset value is the Referred Friend’s account assets on that day.
Average daily assets = (sum of the daily asset values) / 30.

For example, if the gift share is allocated on 1 September, average daily assets are calculated from 2 September to 1 October (the figures below are for illustration of the calculation method only):

4 September: AUD 1,200
…
1 October: AUD 1,000

30-day average daily assets = (1,500 + 1,400 + 1,200 + … + 1,000) / 30.

6. FAQs

How do I find the referral campaign?

Open the Moomoo app → Me → Invite Friends.
You may also find it in the Promotion Centre or on the new user landing page. If you open this Promotion page and see a notice that the Promotion is unavailable, you are not eligible to participate.

I referred a friend but did not receive the reward. Why?

The Referred Friend must be a new user who has never registered a Moomoo account. Inviting existing users is not a Successful Referral.
The Referred Friend must use an Australian IP address. Users from other countries may not be eligible.
The Referred Friend must complete a qualifying first deposit during the Promotion Period via your Referral Link.
Each Referred Friend qualifies for one tier only. A later top-up does not automatically upgrade the reward.

My friend deposited funds, but I did not get the reward. Why?

The first deposit may have been less than AU$100.
The deposit may have been made after the Promotion Period, not via your Referral Link, or not credited yet.
The applicable cap may already have been reached.

What rewards can my friends receive?

Is there a limit to how many referral rewards I can earn?

Yes. You may invite up to 40 qualifying friends: 20 with a first deposit of at least AUD 100 but less than AUD 1,500, and 20 with a first deposit of AUD 1,500 or more. Maximum rewards are AUD 50 x 20 + AUD 100 = AUD 1,100 in trading coupons, plus 19 NVIDIA shares. No rewards will be issued beyond these caps.

7. General Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is provided by Moomoo Securities Australia Ltd (“Moomoo AU”). In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by Moomoo AU, which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The moomoo app is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc.
This Promotion is available to eligible clients who hold an account with Moomoo AU (collectively, “Clients”) pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. It is not available, and is not advertised, to the general public.
Investing and/or trading in securities markets carries risks and may not be suitable for all investors. Existing customers are reminded that such actions are likely a violation of relevant Australian financial services laws and regulations, which may attract legal consequences. If any such activities are identified, Moomoo AU reserves the right to take further actions against the relevant Clients, including but not limited to:

termination or suspension of the Moomoo AU accounts held by relevant clients invited by such existing customers;
removal of any allocated or unallocated promotion rewards from the Moomoo AU accounts held by clients, at the expense of the account holder(s);
disqualifying relevant clients from participation in any future promotions or events;
making corresponding reports of misconduct or violation of relevant laws or regulations to regulators, including ASIC.

A text message or email containing relevant information about the Promotion will be sent to participants. If you want to turn off notifications, you can go to “Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications” on the Moomoo app.
At its sole discretion, Moomoo AU reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and invalidate any affected participants, or suspend, reclaim or vary a reward, without any further notice or assuming any liability to any person(s).
You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement, as well as all the terms and conditions of this Promotion, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts using the same device, Moomoo AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.
Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same Moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.
This Promotion is not available for users on the “Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List”. If a user repeatedly violates Moomoo AU’s safety rules, the user will be put on the “Moomoo AU Event Participation Ban List”. This Promotion is not an offer, recommendation or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any securities. It is not intended to be, nor does it constitute, any form of financial advice.
Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability to any financial or non-financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Promotion, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.

The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
