How to recover incorrectly deposited assets

How do I request asset recovery after depositing an unsupported token?

If you deposit crypto assets to your moomoo deposit address using the wrong network or an incorrectly mapped token, the deposit will not be automatically credited.

Where technically feasible, moomoo may provide manual recovery assistance. Recovery of incorrectly deposited assets is handled on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed.

Types of incorrectly deposited tokens currently accepted for recovery review

The table above lists incorrectly deposited tokens that are currently accepted for review. Inclusion in this table does not guarantee successful recovery. Whether a request can be processed is subject to moomoo's final review.

Fees and return method

If your request meets the processing criteria and you choose to proceed, a recovery service fee equivalent to 100 USD will be charged. Please note that moomoo typically only accepts recovery requests for incorrectly deposited assets with an estimated value above 150 USD.

If recovery is successful, the assets will be returned by default to the original sending address (From Address) in the on-chain transaction. Recovery is generally not possible if assets were sent to an address not managed by moomoo, or if the deposited token is not on our supported recovery list.

How to apply for asset recovery

Please contact customer service using the email address linked to your moomoo account and provide the following information:

• From Address

• Your moomoo deposit address

• Deposit amount

• Screenshot of your moomoo deposit address

• Ensure the screenshot clearly displays the deposit address.
