What Makes Up "Funds on Hold"?

"Funds on Hold" are amounts temporarily reserved in your account for pending transactions. This mainly includes:

1. Pending Order Amount
The total value of all your open orders. For example:
Placing a $100 BTC/USD buy order will place $100 on hold.
If the order fills, the held amount is used to complete the purchase.
If you cancel the order, the funds are released back to your available balance.

2. Estimated Transaction Fees
An estimated trading fee is reserved when you place an order.
If the order fills, the actual fee is deducted from this reserve.
If the order is canceled, the estimated fee is released.
Note: As these are estimates, the final fee on your statement may differ slightly.

3. Funds in Transfer
When you initiate a cash transfer from your crypto account to your securities account, the amount is placed on hold until the transfer is fully processed. Once completed, the funds are deducted from your crypto account and deposited into your securities account.
