Account Details

You can view your total net assets in different currencies. Currently supported currencies include USD, SGD, HKD, CNY, and JPY.

All displayed values—such as cryptocurrency market value, cash balance, and cash on hold—are converted into the selected currency using the latest exchange rates.

This is the total market value of all cryptocurrencies held in your account. For example, if you hold both BTC and ETH:

BTC Market Value = BTC Price × Quantity Held

ETH Market Value = ETH Price × Quantity Held

Total Cryptocurrency Market Value = BTC Market Value + ETH Market Value

 

This refers to the maximum amount available for withdrawal from your cryptocurrency account in the selected currency. Please note: To withdraw cash from your crypto account, you must first transfer it to your securities account.

 

Funds may be temporarily held due to pending orders, transactions in process, cash transfers, or related fees.
