NO PURCHASE, DEPOSIT, ACCOUNT OPENING, OR SECURITIES TRANSACTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Campaign Period

The Moomoo IPO Watch Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), sponsored by Moomoo Technologies Inc. (the "Sponsor"), begins on November 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Giveaway Period").

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Participants must have a valid, publicly visible X account. No Moomoo brokerage account, deposit, or investment is required to participate or win.

Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, participants must complete both steps:

Follow @moomoo on X.
Repost the designated official Giveaway Post published by @moomoo on X.

Both requirements must be satisfied before the Giveaway Period ends. Participants must maintain their follow status and keep their repost publicly accessible until winner verification is completed.

Only reposts of the designated Giveaway Post will be accepted. Reposting other promotional posts does not qualify.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple reposts, duplicate entries, or entries submitted through multiple X accounts will not increase the chances of winning and may result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection

Following the end of the Giveaway Period, the Sponsor will randomly select 50 potential winners from all eligible entries.

Each eligible participant has an equal opportunity to be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each participant may receive no more than one Giveaway prize.

All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

5. Prize Pool

Prize: US$10 Amazon Gift Card
Number of Winners: 50
Prize Value: US$10 per winner
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): US$500

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by applicable law.

Amazon Gift Cards are subject to Amazon's applicable gift card terms and conditions.

6. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfillment

Potential winners will be notified through the official @moomoo X account within 10 business days after the Giveaway Period ends.

Selected participants must respond within 5 business days of notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, including a valid email address.

Failure to respond, provide the required information, or pass eligibility verification may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Eligible winners will receive their US$10 Amazon Gift Cards electronically within 30 business days after the Giveaway Period ends, subject to successful eligibility verification and timely submission of the required information.

7. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who provide false information, use multiple accounts, manipulate the entry process, violate X platform rules, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules.

The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway where necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

8. Platform and Third-Party Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, Amazon, or Anthropic.

Amazon Gift Cards are issued by Amazon or its affiliates and are subject to their applicable terms. Amazon and its affiliates are not responsible for the administration of this Giveaway.
