Limited-Time Pre-Sale Activity Terms and Conditions

I. Eligibility

This activity is open to selected Moomoo Financial Inc. customers by invitation.
Moomoo Financial Inc. reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria for this activity at any time without prior notice.
Each eligible customer may participate in this activity using only one account.
 

II. Activity Period

Activity Period: July 20, 2026, 10:00 AM – August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM (ET)
Redemption Deadline: August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM(ET)
Complimentary redemption vouchers that remain unredeemed after the deadline will automatically expire and will not be reissued.Moomoo Financial Inc. reserve all right to change the duration of the activity.
 

III. Activity Details and Rules

3.1 Task Claiming

Participants must first claim the tasks on the campaign page. Only after completing the tasks can they obtain the Product complimentary redemption voucher(s).
If the tasks are not claimed in advance, no redemption vouchers will be granted even if the relevant conditions are met. Please take note of this requirement.
 

3.2 Task Completion Requirements

Participants may obtain redemption vouchers by completing the following tasks (task types vary by individual and are subject to the actual display on the campaign page):
 
Task 1: Net Deposit Task
  • Achieve cumulative net deposits of ≥$500 USD (excluding account transfers in) during the activity period to receive one (1) complimentary redemption voucher.
  • Net deposit calculation: Total deposits minus total withdrawals
Task 2: Referral Task
  • Successfully refer one (1) new user to register a moomoo account during the activity period, and the referred user completes a deposit of ≥$500 USD, to receive one (1) complimentary redemption voucher.
  • The referred individual must be a first-time moomoo registrant.
Task 3: Crypto Trading Task
  • Complete your first Crypto transaction during the activity period to receive one (1) 80% discount redemption voucher.
Task 4: Cumulative Crypto Trading Task
  • Complete a cumulative total of three (3) Crypto transactions during the activity period to receive one (1) 50% discount redemption voucher.
Task 5: Net Deposit Task
  • Achieve cumulative net deposits of ≥$20,000 USD (excluding account transfers in) during the activity period to receive one (1) 50% discount redemption voucher.
  • Net deposit calculation: Total deposits minus total withdrawals
 

3.3 Redemption Rules

Redemption Process
  • After obtaining a redemption voucher, please visit the "Redeem Points" to select and redeem your desired reward.
Reward Pool (each reward may be redeemed only once per person)
  • Card Holder + Keychain
  • Earphone Storage Case
  • Outdoor Folding Bag
  • Sports Towels (2 pieces)
Redemption Voucher Usage Instructions
  • Each redemption voucher may be used only once and becomes invalid after redemption.
  • Redemption vouchers are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  • Rewards are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • Please complete your redemption before 11:59 PM (ET) on 31 August 2026. Redemption vouchers will automatically expire after this deadline.
Compensation for Out-of-Stock Items
  • If all inventory is sold out during the campaign period
    • each free redemption voucher held will be compensated with 10,000 Moo points
    • each half-price (50% off) redemption voucher held will be compensated with 5,000 Moo points
    • each discount-price (80% off) redemption voucher held will be compensated with 8,000 Moo points
  • Compensation Moo Points are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.

3.4 Product Delivery

  • Upon successful redemption, products will be arranged for shipment within 30–45 business days.
  • The delivery address will be based on the information provided at the time of redemption. Please ensure that accurate delivery information is provided.
  • Moomoo shall not be responsible for re-shipment in cases where delivery fails due to client-related reasons such as incorrect addresses or contact information.
  • Certain regions may fall outside the delivery coverage area. Please refer to the notice on the redemption page for details.

IV. Additional Terms and Conditions

4.1 Right to Modify Activity

Participation in this activity constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and rules of the activity.
Moomoo reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or remove activity content at any time, including but not limited to canceling, postponing, or rescheduling the activity, or modifying activity terms, conditions, and rules, without prior notice.
 

4.2 Anti-Fraud Provision

Participants must engage in the activity through legitimate means and shall not obtain activity rewards through cheating, fraud, use of unauthorized programs, or other improper methods.
Moomoo reserves the right to revoke activity rewards obtained through abnormal means such as system vulnerabilities, rule violations, or malicious manipulation, and reserves the right to pursue related liabilities.
If violations are discovered, moomoo reserves the right to disqualify participants from the activity and revoke any rewards obtained, without compensation.
 

4.3 Data Verification

All data related to this activity (including but not limited to deposit amounts, referral records, and task completion status) shall be determined based on moomoo's backend system records.
In the event of any dispute, moomoo reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
 

4.4 Disclaimer

This activity does not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, opinion, or guarantee of any securities, financial products, or instruments.
Activity rewards consist of physical merchandise and do not involve any promise of investment returns.
Participants assume all investment risks independently. Moomoo is not responsible for investment outcomes.
 

4.5 Tax Liability

Depending on applicable tax laws and regulations, participants may be responsible for tax obligations related to rewards received. Please consult a tax professional for specific guidance.
 

4.6 Privacy Protection

Participation in the activity constitutes consent for moomoo to collect and use relevant information for activity management and reward distribution purposes.
Moomoo will protect user information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Matters not covered in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Moomoo Financial Inc.er Agreement and applicable laws and regulations.
