Event Period

The event will commence on 13 May 2024 at 11:59 AM MYT and conclude on 30 June 2024 at 11:59 AM MYT*.

Eligibility

The eligible participants for this campaign are selected existing Moomoo MY users who have received the promotional message.

 

Task

During the event, the withdrawal instruction is cancelled or redeposit, and no further withdrawal instruction is issued within 7 days.

Reward will be issued within 7 working days after completing the task. User can use the stock cash coupon after receiving it.

2. RM20 Cash Coupon

Rewards will be issued within 7 working days after task completed. After the user receives the cash coupon, they can utilise it after maintaining RM1,000 in account assets for 30 days.

1. How can I sign up for the event?

Invited eligible clients will be notified via an exclusive event invitation over email or app message. Alternatively, your dedicated account manager may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to invite you to the event. Once you receive the invitation, you will be eligible to participate in the event.

2. How do I receive the RM8 stock cash coupon and the RM20 cash coupon?

a. Should you cancel a withdrawal request, or successfully revoke it, and no further withdrawal instruction is issued within 7 days. You'll receive one RM8 stock cash coupon and one frozen RM20 cash coupon.

b. RM20 cash coupon unfreezing method: You should maintain the total account assets above RM1,000 for 30 days. Upon meeting this requirement, the coupon will be unfrozen within 7 working days.

c. During the event, if you fail to continuously maintain your account assets within the target range, you will be disqualified from receiving event rewards.

e. Each user has only 1 chance to participate in the event. Users who have already participated in this event cannot participate again.

Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions.

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List".

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including commission-free trading for US/MY stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, Level 1 MY market data. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo my as per normal standards.

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user.
