Cash Plus or Commission-Free Voucher (3 Options): Exclusive Benefits for Selected Clients

Event Period

This event will commence on 8 December 2025 at 10:00 AM (Malaysia Time) and conclude on 31 January 2026 at 3:00 PM (Malaysia Time)*.

Eligibility

The eligible participants for this event are selected existing clients of Moomoo Securities (Malaysia) who have received the event notification.

Task

During the event period, cancel your withdrawal instruction and do not initiate any new withdrawal instructions within the following 10 days.

Rewards

Upon successful completion of the task, you may choose ONE of the following three rewards to unlock:

1. Cash Plus 3% Yield Booster

• Reward Form: A subsidized 3% p.a. fund yield booster.

• Final Yield: The booster will be added on top of the existing yield of the platform's Cash Plus products, achieving a total final yield yield of up to 6.5% p.a. (e.g., based on the average 7-day annualized yield of 3.5% for the platform's Cash Plus funds as of 9 December 2025).

• Reward Limit: Applicable to a maximum subscription principal of RM20,000.

• Validity: Valid for 30 days after being unlocked and claimed. The yield boost period is 30 days.

• Applicable Products: Applicable to the designated Cash Plus money market fund(s) on the platform.

2. Malaysian Stocks 30-Day Commission-Free Voucher

• Applicable to stock and ETF trades in the Malaysian market.

• Valid for 30 days after being unlocked.

3. US Stocks 30-Day Commission-Free Voucher

• Applicable to stock and ETF trades in the US market.

• Valid for 30 days after being unlocked.

Reward Details & Instructions (Applicable to Commission-free Card Rewards)

1. Upon successful task completion during the event period, your chosen Commission-free Card will be automatically credited to your account.

2. The Commission-free Card must be activated by completing one (1) eligible trade in the corresponding market within 365 days of issuance (e.g., one US market trade for the US Stocks Commission-free Card).

3. Usage Rules: The validity period of the Commission-free Card is 30 days, starting from the day it is unlocked. During this validity period, your trades in the corresponding market will enjoy commission-free benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How can I sign up for the event?

Invited eligible clients will receive an exclusive event invitation via email or in-app message. Alternatively, your dedicated account manager may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to invite you. Once you receive the invitation, you are eligible to participate.

2. How do I receive the Cash Plus booster?

I. Cancel or successfully revoke a withdrawal instruction, and initiate no further withdrawals within 10 days. You may then choose one of the three rewards listed above.

II. If you choose the Cash Plus Yield Booster, it will be distributed within 7 working days after task completion.

III. If you choose a Commission-Free Voucher, you must complete one trade in the corresponding market within 30 days of the voucher being issued to activate it.

IV. During the event, if you fail to continuously maintain your account assets within the required range, you will be disqualified from receiving the reward.

V. Each invited user has only one (1) chance to participate in this event. Users who have already participated cannot join again.

Terms and Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. 11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
