ACH Withdrawal

1. Instructions

To withdraw funds via ACH (USD only), click Accounts -> Transfers -> Withdraw -> Withdraw via ACH. Generally, this process will take 3-5 business days to fully clear in the outside account.


2. Withdrawal Restrictions

You may be unable to withdraw funds from your account for the following reasons:

● You have not held the funds in your account for at least 4 business days

● Securities you sold have not yet settled (1 business day after sale)

 

 

3. Transfer Fees

ACH Transfers are free of charge. However, if the transfer is reversed, there will be a $10 fee. This number is subject to change depending on amount of failed outgoing transfers.

● You may only withdraw funds in USD and to US Bank accounts.
