Crypto is available to trade 24/7, including weekends and holidays, except for brief maintenance periods between 5:00 PM–5:05 PM ET.

Where can I trade crypto on moomoo US?

Currently, crypto trading is available only on the mobile app. Desktop trading is not yet supported.

Who's eligible for a moomoo US crypto account?

To activate a moomoo US crypto account, you must be a U.S. resident aged 18+, have a valid SSN, and live in a supported state. Activation is not available if you use a restricted IP, VPN, are not a U.S. tax resident, or reside in Alaska, Florida, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

You can use the funds transfer function to transfer cash between crypto accounts and securities accounts.

Can I deposit, transfer, withdraw cryptocurrencies?

Not at this time. Only USD deposits and withdrawals are supported.

Can I withdraw cash from crypto trades?

Yes. You can transfer settled USD funds from your Moomoo Crypto Inc. account back to your Moomoo Financial Inc. account for withdrawal.

Can I convert other type of currencies to trade crypto?

Currency conversion is not currently supported in the Moomoo Crypto Inc. account. Only USD can be used to buy crypto on the moomoo platform.
