Official Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

The Moomoo U.S. Midterm Market Discussion Campaign (the "Campaign") begins on October 28, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Campaign Period").

 

2. Eligibility

The Campaign is open only to individuals who:

• Are legal residents of the United States;

• Are at least 18 years of age;

• Have a valid U.S. Social Security Number (SSN);

• Have a valid, public X account; and personal email address;

• Meet all participation requirements under these Terms & Conditions.

Employees, contractors, and individuals associated with Moomoo Technologies Inc. or its affiliates, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.

A Moomoo account, Moomoo ID, deposit, or completed trade is not required to participate.

 

3. How to Participate

During the Campaign Period, eligible participants must:

1. Follow the official @moomoo account on X.

2. Reply directly to the official Campaign Post with their opinion on which market sector could see the biggest market reaction following the 2026 U.S. midterm elections.

Participants may discuss any market sector, including but not limited to technology, energy, financials, healthcare, and defense.

Comments may express different market perspectives. No particular political opinion, investment position, or market forecast is allowed.

No Moomoo account, deposit, or transaction is required to participate.

Only one eligible entry per participant will be considered. If multiple comments are submitted, only the first eligible comment will count.

Participants must continue following @moomoo, and their replies must remain publicly visible until the winner verification process is completed.

 

4. Winner Selection

Twenty (20) eligible comments receiving the highest number of likes will be selected as potential prize recipients.

Likes will be recorded as of November 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET.

If two or more eligible comments have the same number of likes, the comment submitted earlier during the Campaign Period will receive the higher ranking.

If a selected comment is disqualified, the next highest-ranked eligible comment may be considered.

Each participant may receive a maximum of one prize under this Campaign.

All selections are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

 

5. Prizes

Twenty (20) eligible participants will each receive one (1) US$10 Amazon Gift Card.

• Number of prizes: 20

• Individual prize value: US$10

• Total approximate retail value: US$200

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by applicable law.

Amazon Gift Cards are subject to Amazon's applicable gift card terms and conditions.

 

6. Winner Notification and Prize Distribution

Potential winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) from the official @moomoo X account after the Campaign Period.

Participants must ensure their X direct messages are enabled and that they can receive messages from @moomoo.

Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, or does not complete the required verification, they may be disqualified, and the next highest-ranked eligible participant may be contacted.

Each verified winner will receive one (1) US$10 Amazon Gift Card electronically within thirty (30) days after successful verification.

Participants should never share their SSN or other sensitive personal information in public posts or X direct messages. Any necessary sensitive information will be collected only through an authorized, secure process.

 

7. Campaign Integrity

Participants may not:

• Use multiple accounts to obtain additional entries or rewards;

• Purchase, artificially generate, or manipulate likes;

• Use bots, scripts, or coordinated fraudulent activity;

• Submit spam, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content; or

• Otherwise interfere with the fair operation of the Campaign.

Moomoo Technologies Inc. reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify entries reasonably determined to violate these requirements.

 

8. User-Generated Content

Participants are responsible for the accuracy and originality of their submissions.

Comments reflect the participants' individual opinions and do not necessarily represent the views of Moomoo Technologies Inc. or any of its affiliates.

No favorable opinion, investment recommendation, or statement of investment performance is allowed.

Any use or republication of participant content by Moomoo Technologies Inc. will be subject to applicable law and any required permissions.

 

9. Financial Disclosures

This Campaign is intended for general promotional engagement and discussion of the X Cashtag experience.

Nothing in the Campaign or participant submissions constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell securities or other financial products.

Investing and trading involve risks, including potential loss of principal. Product availability varies by jurisdiction and eligibility.

 

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes relating to their prizes.

The Sponsor will comply with any applicable tax reporting requirements.

 

11. Sponsor and Third-Party Disclaimer

This Campaign is sponsored and administered by Moomoo Technologies Inc.

The Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. or Amazon Inc.

Amazon Gift Cards may be used only for eligible purchases in accordance with Amazon's applicable gift card terms. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion.

 

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign where reasonably necessary due to fraud, technical problems, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All participation is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, X platform rules, and these Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
