Overview
Hello, and welcome aboard the moomoo app!
To help you get started, this video will guide you through navigating our app, and familiarise you with the main menus and tabs.
Let's dive in with the top menu on the interface.
Here, you'll notice the 'Search' function. Use it to look up any stocks & ETFs, in-app features, relevant news and more.
Next to this is your 'Inbox'. This contains all your messages which include important updates, notifications, chat groups and more. So be sure to check in every now and then.
When moving on to the bottom menu, the first tab you'll come across is your customisable 'Watchlist' tab. This tab allows you to keep a close eye on the performance of your favourite stocks.
Next up we have the 'Markets' tab, where you can get an overview of the global markets by various indices and asset classes, before diving into a specific market via the country sub-tab above.
Here, you can uncover deeper insights about a specific market through moomoo's comprehensive suite of analysis tools, which includes the Heat Map, Earnings Calendar, Institutional Tracking and more.
Moving on, the 'Accounts' tab consolidates all information related to your account, including your total assets, orders, positions and more.
This is where you monitor your trading activities, the performance of your trades and make deposits or transfers to your account.
The next tab, 'News', provides you with the latest headline news and co mpany announcements from reputable sources such as Bloomberg, Benzinga, Reuters and more so you can always stay up-to-date and never miss a beat of the market.
As we arrive on the 'Discover' tab, you'll notice 3 notable sub-tabs.
The first one takes you to our 'Moo' community, where you can discover and share insights, experiences and trading ideas with more than 20M moomoo users worldwide.
The 'Learn' sub-tab on the other hand, houses a library of more than 2,500 investor education courses and tutorials, offering you the perfect gateway to build investment knowledge at your own pace.
The last sub-tab takes you to our papertrading tool, which allows you to practice your trading skills risk-free, using virtual currency under real market conditions.
And finally, you'll find the 'Navigation Settings' button at the bottom of the page. Click on it to customise the position of different tabs on both your main menu and the discover tab for a more personalised trading experience.
Last but not least, there is the 'Me' tab, where you can access all services available to you as a moomoo user.
