What is DRIP?

Many companies share their profits with shareholders in the form of cash dividends. A Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is an automatic reinvestment program offerde by brokers that allows investors to reinvest their cash dividends to purchase more shares of the same company.

Benefits of DRIP

  • Fractional shares: Buy even small portions of shares.

  • Immediate reinvestment: Automatically reinvest dividends on the payment day.

These features help you easily reinvest dividends, allowing your stock holdings to grow through compounding over time.
