        How to cancel a DDA arrangement

        If you want to cancel a DDA authorization, please follow one of the steps below based on the bank account you'd like to unlink.

         

        1. Unlink DBS/POSB Bank account from moomoo

        Please refer to How to How to cancel DDA arrangement for DBS/POSB account

         

        2. Unlink other bank accounts from moomoo

        1) Please log in to APP, click "Accounts > More > Bank Account" and go to the bank account details. By clicking Delete at the bottom, you can delete the account.

        2) Log in to the online banking to complete the cancellation.
