How to Exchange Currency

To exchange currency on the moomoo app:

● Tap Accounts > Transfers > Exchange

● Select the currency pair to exchange

● Enter the amounts

● Submit the currency exchange request

Exchange Rate: Real-time exchange rates are provided by the upstream provider.

Fees: For more information, see our fee schedule for Currency Exchange.

Cancel Request: Exchange requests submitted during the queued processing time (as defined below) can be cancelled on the moomoo app.

● Go to Accounts > Transfers > Exchange > Exchange History
