Tap Accounts > Select an account > Transfers > Deposit > Select an account > Other Deposit Methods > Funds Records
Select the deposit you want to cancel, and tap the Cancel button.
It takes some time to cancel a deposit. We will let you know if the cancellation is successful by email and in-app message.
If you have already started a transfer at your bank, you will need to contact your bank to cancel it.
Note: Cancelling a deposit notification on the moomoo app does not cancel the transfer.
After you submit your INTERAC e-Transfer® deposit request, you can complete the payment through either of the following methods:
Click the button as prompted on the moomoo app to jump to your bank app or online banking, and accept the payment request;
Check the payment request email sent to your moomoo account's linked email address, and follow the email instructions to accept the payment request.
If this INTERAC e-Transfer® deposit request is not completed within 1 day after submitting the request, your deposit via INTERAC e-Transfer will be automatically expired.
If you would like to cancel this INTERAC e-Transfer® deposit, please ignore the payment request.
