When submitting a transfer request, you will need to provide the account number you hold with the other brokerage. Please refer to the following instructions to find and fill in your account number:
1. Find your account number
You can find the account number on your daily or monthly statements. Alternatively, you may contact your brokerage directly to obtain your account number.
2. Fill in the account number
For example, if your statement shows your account number as "1111-9999", please enter it as 11119999 (no hyphens needed).
