Moomoo Penang Hoarding Board – Snap, Share & Win Campaign

1. Campaign Overview

1.1 The "Snap, Share & Win" Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Moomoo Malaysia.

1.2 By participating in this Campaign, participants ("You", "Your", "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). Any breach of these T&Cs may result in disqualification.

1.3 This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Xiaohongshu (XHS).

2. Campaign Period

2.1 This Campaign will run from the date the hoarding board is fully installed and publicly accessible at the designated Penang location until the date of its removal ("Campaign Period"). The exact Campaign Period will be communicated via Moomoo's official social media channels and/or on-site signage, and may be updated from time to time.

2.2 All entries must be submitted before the hoarding board is removed. Moomoo will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice before the Campaign ends via its official social media channels.

2.3 Moomoo reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to changes in the hoarding board installation or removal schedule, weather conditions, construction timelines, or regulatory requirements.

3. Eligibility

3.1 This Campaign is open to: 

• Malaysian citizens and residents aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.

• Existing Moomoo account holders OR new users who sign up for a Moomoo account during the Campaign Period.

3.2 The following persons are NOT eligible to participate:

• Employees (and their immediate family members) of Moomoo, Futu Holdings, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, or any party directly involved in organising this Campaign.

3.3 Participants must possess a valid Moomoo ID at the time of winner verification. Entries without a valid Moomoo ID will be disqualified.

4. How to Participate

4.1 To participate, You must complete ALL of the following steps during the Campaign Period:

5. Prize(s)

5.1 The prize(s) for this Campaign are:

5.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

5.4 The value of the prize is based on the market price at the time of crediting and may fluctuate. Moomoo is not responsible for any loss in value after the prize has been credited.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.

6.2 Winners will be notified via moomoo App within 14 business days after the Campaign Period ends.

6.3 Winners must respond and confirm acceptance within 5 days from the date of notification. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a replacement winner may be selected at Moomoo's discretion.

6.4 Moomoo's decision on all matters relating to this Campaign (including winner selection) is final and binding. No correspondence, appeal, or contestation will be entertained.

7. Social Media Post Requirements

7.1 Social media post must:

• Be set to PUBLIC visibility (private, restricted, or friends-only posts will not qualify).

• Contain the photo taken at the Moomoo Penang hoarding board.

• Remain published and publicly accessible throughout the Campaign Period and for at least fourteen (14) days after the Campaign ends.

7.2 Moomoo recommends including the following hashtags in your post (optional but encouraged):

#MoomooMY #MoomooPenang #SnapShareWin #InvestWithMoomoo

7.3 Posts that contain offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, or misleading content will be disqualified.

7.4 By sharing your photo publicly, You grant Moomoo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, feature, or use your photo and social media content for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Personal Data & Privacy

8.1 By submitting this form, You consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data (including Full Name, Moomoo ID, Mobile Number, Email Address, and social media URL) for the purposes of:

• Verifying Campaign eligibility and entries;

• Contacting winners;

• Marketing and promotional communications by Moomoo (You may opt out at any time).

8.2 Your personal data will be handled in accordance with Moomoo's Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

8.3 Moomoo will not sell or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All photos uploaded and shared as part of this Campaign must be original and taken by the Participant.

9.2 By submitting your entry, You warrant that:

• The photo is your own original work;

• You have not infringed on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or rights;

• You grant Moomoo permission to use, reproduce, and display the photo for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9.3 Moomoo reserves the right to disqualify entries that infringe upon third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Moomoo shall not be held liable for:

• Any technical failures, errors, or disruptions (including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, system downtime, server failures, or QR code malfunction) that may affect participation.

• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Campaign or the acceptance/use of the prize.

• Any tax liabilities arising from the prize. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

10.2 Moomoo shall not be responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.

10.3 Moomoo reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts in violation of these T&Cs.

11. General

Conditions and Disclaimers:

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion ("Campaign/Promotion") are provided by Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY"). By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion ("Terms and Conditions"), as well as the terms and conditions of the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo MY has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion. 

2. Moomoo MY has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo MY's back-end data. Moomoo MY reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo MY in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants. 

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. 

4. Currently, Moomoo MY limits sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list. 

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo MY. Moomoo MY does not allow one person to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. Non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo MY may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future campaigns/promotions. 

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user. 

7. In Malaysia, the investment products available through the Moomoo app are offered by Moomoo MY, a licensed entity registered with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) (License No. eCMSL/A0397/2024). The Moomoo App is a trading platform provided by Moomoo Technologies Inc. Nothing in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be construed as an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities, futures or other investment products. Moomoo MY does not provide investment advice and does not recommend any securities or transactions. All types of investments involve risk, and you may suffer losses. All information and data on the webpage are for informational purposes only. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. 8. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotion, promotional and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 

9. Moomoo MY shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including thrid parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo MY of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitled any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo MY for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom. 

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos, or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo MY does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services. 

11. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo MY, their name will be added to the "Moomoo MY Event Participation Ban List". 

12. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Moomoo MY reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo MY as per normal standards. 

13. In order to ensure the fairness of the Campaign/Promotion, the Campaign/Promotion may have restrictions on the daily reward distribution limit, the total reward distribution limit, and the upper limit of rewards received by a single user. If the system finds abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to using mobile device emulators and manually modifying mobile phone device numbers), the system will automatically suspend their participation in the Campaign/Promotion. 

14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo MY to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content"). 

15. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo MY reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses. 

16. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
