How to get proof of a BigPay transfer

Please follow the steps below

1. Open the Bigpay app, log in to your Bigpay account, and tap Analytics;
2. Tap the icon in the upper right corner (as shown below);
3. Select the timeframe of your transfers to Moomoo SG;
4. Tap Done;
5. Select PDF.

A screenshot of your transfer receipt (as shown below) alone can not be used as transfer proof. Please upload the PDF version of the statement provided by BigPay or a screenshot of the PDF statement as transfer proof so we can process your transfer faster. But you can opt to attach the screenshot of the transfer receipt as an additional document.
