1. Giveaway Period

• The activity (Lucky Draw) will run from 2nd November 2026 0000 hours - 12th November 2026 2359 hours. ("Activity Period")
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Activity at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to both new and existing users who hold a valid Moomoo Singapore Universal Account (“Moomoo SG Account”), as well as individuals who do not currently have an account.
• Each participant must be a natural person aged 18 years and above and a resident of Singapore.
• Employees of Moomoo SG, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, and siblings.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants at its sole discretion, without notice.
• Each participant is only entitled to one (1) moomoo pillow prize throughout the Activity Period. Any subsequent entries by the same participant after winning will be disqualified.

3. How to Participate

1. Follow moomoo’s applicable social media account.
2. Like and share the applicable giveaway post.
3. Tag two (2) friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.

4. Redemption

• Winners will be selected via a Lucky Draw basis.
• Winners will receive a direct message via the respective social media platform with instructions for redemption. During which, they will be required to redeem their prize at Moomoo Store - Bugis.
• Prize collection is strictly available from 14 November to 15 November (both dates inclusive), during moomoo Bugis outlet’s operating hours.
• Winners must present this direct message from their social platform for verification during prize redemption. Prizes not redeemed within the stipulated deadline will be forfeited.

5. Prize Details

• Each winner will receive 1x moomoo Store anniversary 1 pillow. ("prize")
• There will be a maximum of 30 prizes that can be redeemed.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility of participant.
2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.
3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.
4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.
5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion. The identification of such suspicious activity shall be subject to the exclusive determination of Moomoo SG based on its back-end system records.
8. In Singapore, investment products and services available through the Moomoo App are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
14. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").
15. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2026 Retirement Quiz Activation T&C

1. Giveaway Period

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to both new and existing users who hold a valid Moomoo Singapore Universal Account (“Moomoo SG Account”).
• Winners who do not hold a Moomoo SG Account at the time of the draw will be required to successfully open an account, which is subject to Moomoo SG's prevailing account opening requirements including customer due diligence and knowledge assessment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Moomoo SG makes no representation that any participant will be eligible to open an account or receive the prize.
• Each participant must be a natural person aged 18 years and above and a resident of Singapore.
• Employees of Moomoo SG, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members refer to spouses, children, parents, and siblings.

3. How to Participate

1. Comment “FIRE” on the applicable giveaway post to receive the link to the Retirement Readiness Quiz.
2. Complete the Retirement Readiness Quiz.
3. Upon completing the quiz, share your final quiz results screen on your social media account or preferred social platform, and take a screenshot of the post.
4. Submit your entry via the giveaway form, including the required screenshot of your social media post. Each valid and complete submission will count as one (1) entry into the lucky draw.

1. Booking and completing a consultation with a member of our store team at any of our four stores: Bugis, 313@somerset, Marine Parade, or Jem;
2. Taking a photo with the store team member after the consultation; and
3. Uploading the photo together with the required details in the giveaway submission form.

4. Redemption

• Winners will be selected via a Lucky Draw basis.
• Lucky draw winners will be contacted by 21st December 2026.
• Winners will receive a direct message via Email with instructions for redemption. During which, they will be required to redeem their Coupon from the respective email which they sign up with.
• Prizes not redeemed by 31st January 2027 will be forfeited.

5. Prize Details

• Each winner will receive 1x $100 worth of Trading Coupons limited to SG Securities. ("prize")

• Each coupon has a minimum trade value of S$2,000 and a 60-day expiry upon redemption.

• The winner is solely responsible for all taxes, filing, and reporting obligations associated with accepting and owning the Prize (including any capital gains tax upon future sale). Moomoo Store Turns 1! In-Store Activation Campaign

1. Campaign Period

• The Campaign runs from 7 November 2026 to 15 November 2026, both dates inclusive, during the operating hours of the participating Moomoo SG retail stores (the “Campaign Period”).
• The Campaign will be conducted at the following participating Moomoo SG retail stores:

• Certain Campaign activities, rewards and redemption opportunities may only be available on selected dates, at selected times and/or at selected participating stores, as specified in these Terms and Conditions or the applicable Campaign materials.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign, Campaign Period, participating stores, activities, rewards or redemption mechanics, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

• The Campaign is open to individuals who meet the following requirements, where applicable:

1. Are natural persons aged 18 years old and above and residents of Singapore;
2. Visit a participating Moomoo SG retail store during the Campaign Period;
3. Comply with these Terms and Conditions and all onsite instructions; and
4. Hold or register a valid Moomoo ID (“MMID”), open an eligible Moomoo SG Universal Account and/or complete the required verification process, where applicable to the relevant Campaign activity or reward.

• Registration for an MMID does not constitute the opening of a Moomoo SG Universal Account. Any application to open a Moomoo SG Universal Account remains subject to Moomoo SG’s applicable onboarding, identification, verification and eligibility requirements. If a participant is required to open a Moomoo SG Universal Account to redeem a reward and is unable or unwilling to do so, or does not meet the applicable account-opening requirements, such participant shall not be entitled to the relevant reward, which shall be forfeited without compensation
• Participants may take part in the Retirement Readiness Quiz, Wealth Stack Challenge and other general Campaign activities, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements, availability and onsite instructions.
• Certain rewards require participants to complete additional requirements, including MMID registration or verification, social-media sharing, successful completion of the Wealth Stack Challenge, account opening and/or a qualifying fresh-funds deposit of S$3,000, as applicable.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the applicable requirements or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

3. Campaign Mechanics

3.1. Retirement Readiness Quiz and Celebration Treat

• Participants who visit a participating Moomoo SG retail store may complete the designated Retirement Readiness Quiz. The quiz is intended to provide general educational information about retirement readiness, financial planning considerations and related moomoo educational resources.
• The Celebration Treat is available only at the following participating Moomoo SG retail stores:
  • Bugis
  • 313@somerset
  • JEM
• To qualify for one (1) Celebration Treat, participants must:
  • Complete the Retirement Readiness Quiz at a participating Moomoo SG retail store
  • Share their completed quiz result on their social-media account
  • Show the published social-media post to authorised Moomoo SG event staff for verification.
  • The social-media post must be published before the participant redeems the Celebration Treat. Drafts, unpublished posts, private messages or deleted posts will not qualify. Participants may be required to comply with the applicable tags, hashtags, captions or posting formats specified in the Campaign materials.
• Each eligible participant is limited to one (1) Celebration Treat redemption throughout the Campaign Period.
• The Celebration Treat is available only on 7, 8, 14 and 15 November 2026, from 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., while stocks last. Redemptions are limited to up to 200 cups per day at each participating redemption location, while stocks last.
• Moomoo SG may photograph or take screenshots of participants’ social-media posts solely for Campaign administration, verification, audit and fraud-prevention purposes.
• The Celebration Treat is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item.

3.2. Wealth Stack Challenge

• Participants who visit a participating Moomoo SG retail store may take part in the Wealth Stack Challenge.
• Participants must register or verify a valid MMID with authorised Moomoo SG event staff before taking part in the challenge.
• Each participant will be asked to select three (3) blocks from the Wealth Stack. Each block represents a wealth-building tool, product feature or educational concept available on the moomoo platform. Participants must place the selected blocks back onto the tower and keep the tower standing.
• A participant will be deemed to have successfully completed the challenge if the tower remains standing during their designated turn or attempt, as determined by Moomoo SG event staff.
• Eligible participants who successfully complete the challenge will receive one (1) keycap keychain reward, while stocks last.
• Each participant is limited to the following per MMID throughout the Campaign Period, unless otherwise stated by Moomoo SG onsite:
  • One (1) attempt at the Wealth Stack Challenge
  • One (1) keycap keychain reward, upon successful completion of the challenge.
• Participants who do not successfully complete the challenge will not be entitled to the keycap keychain reward, a substitute gift or an additional attempt.
• Participants must comply with the official game rules, safety requirements and instructions issued by Moomoo SG event staff. Moomoo SG reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate a participant’s participation where the participant behaves unsafely, disruptively or dishonestly, or otherwise breaches the applicable game rules.
• Moomoo SG event staff’s decision regarding gameplay, successful completion and reward eligibility shall be final.
• Participants take part in the challenge voluntarily and at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moomoo SG shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred in connection with participation in the challenge.

3.3. Referral Reward

• An existing Moomoo user (“Referrer”) may invite a qualifying Moomoo user (“Referee”) to participate in the Campaign during the Campaign Period.
• The Referral Reward is available at the following participating Moomoo SG retail stores:
  • Bugis
  • 313@somerset
  • JEM
  • Parkway Parade
• For the purposes of this Campaign:
  • “Referrer” means a person holding a Moomoo ID who activates an invitation by sharing a referral code or link.
  • “Referee” means a person who receives the Referrer’s referral code or link during the Campaign Period and meets either of the following conditions:
  • New User: A person who has never registered for a Moomoo ID before clicking the Referrer’s shared link; or
  • Registered User: A person who (i) registered a Moomoo ID more than 30 days before clicking the Referrer's shared link; and (ii) has not deposited any funds into, or transferred any assets to, any Moomoo SG Universal Account at any time prior to clicking the Referrer's shared link.
• Only individual accounts are eligible to participate. Corporate accounts are not eligible for this Campaign.
• To qualify for the Moomoo Magnetic Card Holder reward, the Referrer and Referee must:
  • Visit a participating Moomoo SG retail store together during the Campaign Period
  • Complete the required onsite referral, check-in and identity-verification process
  • Ensure that the Referee successfully registers for a new MMID
  • Ensure that the Referee successfully opens an eligible Moomoo SG Universal Account
  • Ensure that the Referee makes a qualifying fresh-fund deposit of at least S$3,000 into the eligible Moomoo SG Universal Account.
• The Referee’s qualifying fresh-funds deposit must be credited into and verified by authorised Moomoo SG staff before the Referrer and Referee may redeem their respective rewards. If verification is not completed during the initial store visit, the Referrer and Referee may be required to return to a participating store or follow another redemption process notified by Moomoo SG.
• Upon successful verification of all applicable Campaign requirements, the Referrer and Referee will each receive one (1) Moomoo Magnetic Card Holder, while stocks last.
• Redemptions are limited to 20 sets per day, while stocks last. Each set comprises one (1) Moomoo Magnetic Card Holder for the Referrer and one (1) Moomoo Magnetic Card Holder for the Referee.
• For the purposes of this Campaign, “fresh funds” means funds newly transferred into the Referee’s eligible Moomoo SG Universal Account from an external source. Funds transferred from another Moomoo SG account, or funds otherwise determined by Moomoo SG not to qualify as fresh funds, will not count towards the S$3,000 requirement.
• The qualifying fresh-funds deposit must be credited into the Referee’s eligible Moomoo SG Universal Account during the Campaign Period, unless otherwise stated by Moomoo SG. Rejected, reversed or internally transferred deposits, deposits withdrawn before verification, and deposits otherwise determined by Moomoo SG not to qualify as fresh funds will not count towards the minimum deposit requirement.
• Each eligible Referrer and each eligible Referee is limited to one (1) Moomoo Magnetic Card Holder throughout the Campaign Period.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to reject a referral or withhold a reward where it reasonably determines that:
  • The Referee is not a genuine qualifying Moomoo user
  • False, inaccurate, duplicate or incomplete information has been provided
  • Multiple accounts, mobile numbers, devices or identities have been used improperly
  • The minimum fresh-funds deposit requirement has not been met
  • The deposit does not qualify as fresh funds
  • The activity is fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prize Structure

• All physical rewards are available while stocks last. Completion of the applicable Campaign requirements does not guarantee reward availability if the relevant reward has been fully redeemed or is otherwise unavailable.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to verify eligibility and determine whether a referral qualifies for a reward in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prize Redemption

• Eligible participants must complete all applicable Campaign requirements before receiving any reward.
• All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or other items, unless otherwise stated by Moomoo SG.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to verify each participant’s eligibility, MMID, account status, new-user status, social-media post, referral relationship, qualifying fresh-funds deposit and compliance with other applicable Campaign requirements before issuing any reward.
• Participants may be required to provide their MMID, mobile number, account information, proof of social-media posting, deposit records or other relevant information for verification.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to amend the rewards offered under the Campaign, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Moomoo SG’s decision on reward eligibility and fulfilment, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, shall be final.
• Participants must inspect physical rewards at the point of collection. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage or defects occurring after a reward has been collected.

6. Education Content and One-to-One Support

• The Campaign may include educational activities, including the Retirement Readiness Quiz, MooAcademy workshops and one-to-one support sessions.
• Any financial information, market commentary, educational material, retirement illustration, retirement projection, quiz result, assumed rate of return, inflation assumption or contribution illustration provided during the Campaign is for general informational and educational purposes only.
• Such information does not constitute:
  • Financial, investment, legal, tax or retirement-planning advice;
  • A recommendation, endorsement, offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any securities, futures, funds or other financial instruments; or
  • A representation, assurance or guarantee of future returns, income, retirement outcomes or tax outcomes.

7. General Terms

  • Behaves in an abusive, disruptive, offensive or unsafe manner

• The same person, MMID, mobile number, social-media account, device, account details or other identifying information may be treated as belonging to the same participant for the purposes of enforcing participation limits and preventing abuse.
• Moomoo SG’s determination of eligibility, account status, new-user status, qualifying deposits, reward availability, game outcomes, suspected fraud or abuse, suspicious activity and reward entitlement shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Terms and Conditions

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility of participant.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, revoke your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

12. By submitting any content (including photographs, screenshots and social media posts) in connection with the Campaign, participants grant Moomoo SG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and display such content for Campaign administration, verification, audit and promotional purposes. Participants warrant that they own all necessary rights to grant such licence.
13. By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure and processing of their personal data (including but not limited to name, MMID, mobile number, social media account details, photographs and deposit records) by Moomoo SG Campaign administration, verification, audit and promotional purposes. Moomoo SG will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
14. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
15. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
16. 1. How to Participate

• Participants may participate in the Activity by completing the Moomoo Retirement Quiz and providing the required information to generate their Retirement Completion Rate.
• Participants may be required to provide information including their current age, intended retirement age, selected retirement lifestyle, current retirement savings and investments, and intended monthly savings or investment contributions.
• The results generated by the Activity are based on the information provided by participants and the assumptions set out in the “Calculation Assumptions and Disclaimers” section below.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate and complete. By providing information and participating in the Activity, participants consent to the collection, use and processing of their personal data (including financial information) by Moomoo SG for the purposes of generating the Retirement Completion Rate, improving the calculator's methodology. Moomoo SG will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

2. Calculation Assumptions and Disclaimers

• The Moomoo Retirement Quiz is provided for general educational and illustrative purposes only. The results are estimates based on the information provided by participants and the assumptions used in the calculator.
• The Activity does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, nor does it constitute a personalised assessment of retirement readiness.

2.1 Calculator Assumptions

• The calculator uses the following assumptions to estimate participants’ projected retirement savings and retirement funding target:
  • Life Expectancy
    • The calculator assumes a life expectancy of 85 years.
  • Inflation Rate
    • The calculator assumes an annual inflation rate of 2%. The selected retirement lifestyle expenses are adjusted for inflation from the participant’s current age to the selected retirement age and throughout the retirement period.
  • Pre-Retirement Investment Return
    • The calculator assumes an annual investment return of 9% on current retirement savings and monthly savings or investment contributions until the selected retirement age.
  • Retirement Investment Return
    • The calculator assumes an annual investment return of 7% during retirement to estimate the funds required to support the selected retirement lifestyle until age 85.
  • Retirement Lifestyle Expenses
    • The calculator uses the following estimated monthly expenses, according to the lifestyle selected by the participant:

  • Current Retirement Savings and Monthly Contributions
    • The calculator uses the current retirement savings or investments and monthly savings or investment contributions entered by the participant. It assumes that current savings remain invested and monthly contributions continue at the stated amount until the selected retirement age.
    • The calculator does not account for future salary increases, bonuses, increases or decreases in monthly contributions, additional lump-sum investments or withdrawals before retirement.
  • Retirement Funding Target and Projected Savings
    • The estimated retirement funding target is calculated based on the selected retirement lifestyle expenses, an assumed annual inflation rate of 2%, an assumed annual investment return of 7% during retirement, and a retirement period extending from the selected retirement age until age 85.
    • Projected retirement savings are calculated by applying the assumed annual investment return of 9% to current savings and monthly contributions until the selected retirement age.
