Eligibility to Participate in the Campaign

1. You must sign up for this campaign via Moneysmart only
2. You must be a Singapore resident and have successfully registered a moomo ID; and
3. You must not have deposited any funds or transferred any securities into your Moomoo SG universal account at any time prior to the commencement of Campaign Period, regardless of whether your account is active, restricted, closed or otherwise deactivated; and
4. To participate in the account opening task, you must not have opened a Moomoo SG universal account at any time prior to the commencement of Campaign Period, regardless of whether your account is active, restricted, closed or otherwise deactivated
5. The user's account must be in good standing (not suspended, closed, or under investigation for fraud/compliance breaches) at the time of reward issuance to be eligible for any rewards.

1. I opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the Campaign Period, but I have not made any deposits yet. Am I still eligible to participate in the Campaign?

• Yes. If you opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the Campaign Period but haven’t deposited any funds or transferred any securities into your account, you can still participate in this Campaign.

2. Is it possible to deposit other equivalent currencies?

• You can deposit any supported currency in your Moomoo SG universal account to complete the deposit task.

3. How can I receive the commission-free cards?

• To receive the commission-free cards for SG, HK & China-A stocks, you must be a user who has never had a Moomoo SG universal account and complete the Account Opening task during the Campaign Period.
• Upon successfully opening a Moomoo SG universal account, you will receive a 1-year commission-free card for the SG market and a 30-day commission-free card for HK market & China A-shares. These can be viewed under "My Rewards" section of the APP.
• The commission-free cards will be activated automatically once it is issued, and you will start enjoying commission-free trading once it has been credited to your account (the commission-free card for SG market applies only to Singapore stocks denominated in Singapore dollars, as well as ETFs and REITs listed on the Singapore market).

4. How can I receive NVIDIA fractional shares?

• Complete the corresponding deposit task.
• Upon completing the task, click on "Claim" on the Campaign page. The corresponding NVIDIA fractional shares will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].
• The NVIDIA fractional shares will remain frozen until the asset maintenance requirement for each tier has been met. Once the specified conditions are satisfied, the NVIDIA fractional shares will be unlocked, and the rewarded shares will be automatically credited to your Moomoo SG universal account.
• After the rewarded fractional shares are unlocked, Moomoo SG will credit them to your My Rewards list within 7 trading days. Once you click to use them, the shares will be credited to your Moomoo SG universal account, and you will then be able to trade them.

5. How can I receive trading cash coupons?

• Complete the corresponding deposit task.
• After completing the task, click on "Claim" on the campaign page. The corresponding trading cash coupons will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].

6. How is the cumulative deposit task calculated?

• You need to complete the cumulative deposit task within 30 days from the date of your first deposit. Any deposit made after this 30-day period will not count toward the reward.
• For example, if you make your first deposit of S$3,000 on 16 October 2025, and your cumulative net deposits reach S$5,000 on 17 November 2025, you will only be eligible for S$3,000 tier reward, because by the end of the 30-day period (which ends on 15 November 2025), your cumulative net deposit does not reach the higher tier.

7. Can I claim the reward after the 30-day deposit period has ended?

• Yes, you can still claim your reward on the Campaign page anytime before the Campaign ends, even if the 30-day deposit period has passed.
• Once the Campaign ends, you will no longer be able to claim the reward, and any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.

8. What does asset maintenance mean?

• Asset maintenance means that to unlock your NVIDIA fractional shares, you need to keep at least the required balance (as shown in the table above) in your account continuously for the specified period. If your account balance falls below the required amount at any time during the maintenance period, the frozen shares and trading cash coupons will not be unlocked and will be forfeited after the maintenance period.

9. Will making an investment affect the completion of the capital locking task during the task period?

• You can make investments. As long as the total average daily assets are not less than 80% of the task requirement, it will not affect the completion of the maintenance of assets task.

10. How can I receive the fund yield coupon?

• Complete the account opening task.
• After completing the task, click on "Claim" on the campaign page. The corresponding fund yield coupon will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
14. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.Platform fees and other regulatory fees still apply as per the official fee schedule.
15. 17. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
18. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
