Tickets Eligibility

• New and Existing Users who have opened a Moomoo Singapore Universal Account ("Moomoo SG Account") are eligible to register for the Event for free.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel any ticket registrations at its sole discretion.
• 16,000 tickets are available and are issued on a first come first registered basis. Once all tickets are redeemed, registration will close.
• Each moomoo ID is limited to one ticket. No transfer of tickets is allowed. You will receive an in-app push notification and will need to input your email address to receive an email confirming your successful registration.
• This physical event is open to Singapore residents only.

Referral Bonus

• Users will receive 200 reward points for each successful referral.
• A successful referral is defined as a user who:
  • Successfully registers for MooFest 2026 through the referring user's unique referral link.
• Each user may earn a maximum of 2,000 reward points under this referral programme, equivalent to 10 successful referrals.
• Moomoo SG reserves the right to deem any referrals invalid at its sole discretion.

Social Media Referral Bonus

• Users who share content about MooFest 2026 on Instagram or rednote and submit proof of posting will receive one (1) additional lucky draw chance, subject to review and approval.
• To qualify:
  • The post must promote or mention MooFest 2026 and encourage others to register or attend the event;
  • The post must be published on the users personal instagram or rednote account;
  • The user must submit a screenshot of the published post via the Moomoo app; and must complete all the required fields in the submission form for eligibility.
  • The submission must be received by 5:00pm on 17 July 2026.
• All submissions are subject to review by Moomoo SG, and will be reviewed within seven (7) working days from the date of submission.
• If the submission is approved, the user will receive a reward notification under "My Rewards" in the Moomoo App titled: "One (1) MooFest 2026 Bonus Lucky Draw Chance"; otherwise, the submission will be considered unsuccesful and the user will not be eligible for the additional lucky draw chance.

1.3 Transfer-In Reward Boost

1. During the event period, clients can enter the activity page to claim rewards after completing their first stock transfer-in. Rewards will be distributed based on the highest reward tier reached by the first successful stock transfer-in value during the event period. Unlocking Reward Conditions

• After claiming your reward, you must maintain daily average account assets equal to or greater than the transferred stock value for 90 days, and your net deposit assets must remain ≥ 0 for 90 days in order to unlock the reward. • If you liquidate the transferred assets and subsequently withdraw the funds or transfer them to another broker during the maintenance period, your net deposit assets may fall below zero, and you will no longer be eligible for the reward.

• The 90-day lock-up period begins on the date the reward is claimed, not the date the transfer is completed.  • For example, if you complete your first successful transfer and are eligible to claim the reward by August 1, but only claim it on August 10, the 90-day period starts from August 10.

Transfer Fee Subsidy - Up to S$200

1. Eligibility: Only clients who have not transferred out stocks before participating in the event are eligible. If any stock is transferred out after participation, eligibility for the subsidy will be revoked.
2. How to Apply: Send an email to clientservice@sg.moomoo.com with your statement of account from another brokerage firm to apply for the subsidy.
3. Payout Details: The subsidy will be credited to your Moomoo SG universal account as a cash coupon within 15 working days. Please note that the coupon must be used within the validity period; it will not be reissued upon expiry.
4. Subsidy Limit: Up to S$200, only applicable to transfers made within the event participation period.
5. Not Eligible: Transfers from FUTU Group–affiliated brokers are not eligible for the fee subsidy.

CDP Transfer Benefits

1. Eligibility: The client's first transfer-in during the event period must be a CDP transfer, and the amount of the CDP transfer must be ≥ S$10,000. Only clients who have not transferred out stocks before participation are eligible. Any post-participation transfer-out will result in loss of eligibility.
2. How to Claim: Once your CDP stock transfer is completed, visit the event page and click [Claim] to redeem your rewards:

• 365-Day SG Stock Commission-Free Card: Valid for 365 days. Expires if unused and will not be reissued.
• S$88 Trading Cash Coupon: Requires a minimum buy trade of S$880. Valid for 90 days. Expires if unused and will not be reissued.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.
6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.
7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, suspension or termination by Moomoo SG of this Campaign/Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Moomoo SG for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred directly or indirectly resulting therefrom.
11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.
12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".
13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.
14. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.
15. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content") for marketing purposes related to MooFest Singapore.
16. Cash Coupons do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Coupons is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash coupon depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Coupons can be used only once per order. Cash Coupons can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Coupons with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Coupons have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Coupons with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Coupons are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Coupons are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Coupons acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.
