Activity Summary

Moomoo SG is giving away free Grab share and Cash Coupon Rewards for a limited time

Invited guests who have been selected to receive 1 "Grab" bonus share before 12:00AM on the final day of each month will qualify to receive a monthly S$2 cash coupon. This reward continues for 11 months, totaling a S$22 cash coupon reward, provided they hold the "Grab" bonus stock throughout this period.

Activity Rules

  • If you receive and have successfully claimed 1 "Grab" bonus share, you will receive an additional S$2 cash coupon at a fixed time monthly from the second day after successfully claiming the bonus share reward. The rewards continues for 11 months. Refer to breakdown below:

Timeline of Cash Coupon Receipt (SGT)

  • Cash coupons available in the 1st month: 2nd day of successfully receiving the "Grab" bonus share, 12:01 AM SGT to the last day of the month, 11:59PM SGT (Eg. Redeemed 1st cash coupon between 2 September 2023, 12:01 AM SGT to 30 September 2023, 11:59PM SGT)

  • Cash coupons available in the subsequent 10 months: 23rd day of the month, 12:01 AM SGT - last day of the month, 11:59PM SGT

 

How to receive stock bonus rewards?

Before 12:00 AM SGT on the final day of this month, once the invited customers access the event page, the "Grab" bonus share will be automatically redeemed into their Moomoo SG universal accounts.

 

How do I receive cash prizes?

You can start receiving the cash reward the day after claiming the bonus. You need to enter the event page and manually claim the reward within the specified time (Description: The S$2 cash reward is in the form of cash coupons issued to your Moomoo SG universal account)

Under what circumstances will I lose my eligibility to receive the award?

  1. If you sell the Grab Bonus shares before 11:59PM SGT on the last day of the 11th month of participating in the event (i.e. there is not a single Grab Bonus share in your account position) It will be deemed as giving up on activity participation and all the subsequent cash coupons to be unlocked and received will be invalid from the date of selling the bonus shares.

  2. If you fail to claim the cash reward within the specified time of the month on time, after the date of collection, it will be deemed that you will automatically give up receiving the cash reward of the month (that is, the unclaimed cash coupon reward will be automatically voided).

 

Conditions and Disclaimers

  1. The terms & conditions, rewards and offers in this campaign are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte Ltd ("Moomoo SG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings. To participate in this promotion, investors need to read carefully and promise to agree to the above terms and conditions. Moomoo SG has the final decision on the eligibility of participants in this promotion.

  2. The same user can only participate in one event, and the same Niuniu number, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as the same user. The event participants agree by default that Moomoo SG has the right to revoke the event rewards obtained by abnormal participation in their accounts due to system vulnerabilities, illegal operations, etc. Without further authorization from the participants.

  3. The event rewards are all set to a valid period. If the reward is not claimed or used in time within the valid period, the reward will not be reissued after expiration/expiration, which will be regarded as an automatic waiver of the award qualification. Please abide by the event rules.

  6. This offer is only applicable to new customers aged 18 and above who have a valid Singapore bank account in their own name. The registration application is subject to approval, and users who meet the account opening conditions will be successfully approved and registered. This account opening promotion bonus is only applicable to universal accounts of Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Moomoo SG").

  7. Telephone, internet and other charges that may arise are borne by the participant.

  8. You can open only one universal account with Moomoo SG and agree to all the existing terms and conditions in the Client Agreement and the terms and conditions of this campaign or any other promotion, event or campaign. If your universal account at Moomoo SG shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts, Moomoo SG may unilaterally cancel your share awards and limit your access to future promotions. Please note that Moomoo SG does not allow anyone to open a trading account on behalf of another person (i.e. we do not allow non-beneficial owners to open an account). This requirement is also stated in the account opening process and in the statement. If you are not the ultimate beneficial owner of the account, please do not open a trading account.

  9. Each user/device, regardless of mobile phone or computer, is limited to only one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and referral bonus. The same user can only be successfully invited once, the same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are regarded as the same user.

  10. If the customer does not meet all the stipulated conditions of this promotion, Moomoo SG will retain the cancellation of the US stock market 0 commission trading, free stock and free Level 2 US stock market data and Level 1 Singapore market data rights, Moomoo SG will charge the normal fee.
