Q: What is the execution price for buying shares on the day of scheduled investments?
• Once a recurring investment plan is successfully set up, the system will place a limit order around 10:30 AM AEST on the specified day, based on the prevailing market price. We make every effort to ensure, but cannot guarantee, the actual purchase time and the fill price.
• If the specified day is a non-trading day, the order will be placed around 10:30 AM AEST on the next trading day.
Q: Why did my recurring investment plan buy 0 shares while my funds were sufficient?
The reason may be due to one of the following:
• Illiquid market or any unforeseen circumstances.
• The investment amount is less than the price of one share.
Note: These events will not affect your upcoming scheduled investments.
Q: Will there be any charges if my recurring investment plan fails?
For Australian stock investments, a monthly fee is charged for each plan. If the first investment of the month fails, no fee is charged.
If the plan has been successfully processed and a fee has been charged earlier in the month, no additional fees will be charged for any subsequent investments.
Q: What do I need to be aware of when paying with my brokerage account?
Please make sure there is sufficient buying power in your brokerage account on the execution date to avoid using margin financing.
A recurring investment plan will be automatically cancelled after 3 consecutive failed investments due to insufficient buying power. You can set up the plan again and try again with sufficient funds on the execution date.

• Trade page > Select an order type > Enter the order information
