To complete your identity verification, please provide a valid proof of address. The submitted copy must be a clear, legible, and unaltered scan or screenshot of the original document, showing the following details:
Provide a recent statement (issued within the last 3 months) from your bank, insurer, broker, or other licensed financial institution. The first page should clearly display your name and residential address.
Clear photos or screenshots of telecom, electricity, water, gas, or internet bills issued within the last three months.
Official documents from government authorities, such as tax bills or address verification letters from public hospitals, issued within the last three months.
Submit a valid lease/tenancy agreement or a school-issued official letter containing your address (issued within the last three months). For lease/tenancy agreements, it must be a complete copy with all pages or a PDF version that includes your full name and address, a valid lease period (covering the account opening date and not expiring soon), and signatures of both you and the landlord.
You may request a letter from your employer that includes your name and residential address, and states that the proof is addressed to Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd., or is not specifically addressed to any other third party.
Only Singapore NRIC (citizen or permanent resident), Malaysian ID, Indonesian ID, and China Taiwan national ID card (front and back required) are accepted.
Note: To expedite the account opening process, please provide the proof of address in English or Chinese. Document in other languages will not be accepted.
