3. Collection Fee include (but are not limited to) settlement, trading, and custody fees charged by Moomoo SG’s safeguarding institutions and/or upstream providers. Moomoo SG may receive and retain certain rebates from these fees.
4. Different safeguarding institutions and upstream providers may charge varying fee amounts. Moomoo SG charges a flat rate of 0.2% of the transaction amount. If the actual costs incurred are higher, Moomoo SG will not charge the difference to the client; if the actual costs are lower, Moomoo SG will retain the surplus.
5. GST is charged by the Singapore Government. If not a Singapore tax resident, then no collection is required.
6. If an order is filled by multiple transactions, Moomoo SG charges commission, platform fees and collection charges for each transaction.
7. If the fees collected by the upstream provider and safeguarding institution change, Moomoo SG reserves the right to adjust the fees charged to you accordingly, with prior notification, but without requiring your further consent.
