What is proof of transfer

The proof of transfer is a photo or screenshot of the proof issued by your bank indicating a successful bank transfer.

 

Proof of your transfer could be photos of hard copies or screenshots of the pages shown on a mobile banking app/online banking website with the following information including:

● Remittance Bank Account Information showing Bank Account Name and Account Number

● Beneficiary Bank Account Information

● Transfer Amount and Currency

● Transaction Date

The proof of transfer you upload will be reviewed manually, please make sure the photos or screenshots you upload are clearly visible and able to be identified.
