2. Campaign Period
Campaign Duration: March 13, 2026, 10:00 AM – March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM (ET)
Redemption Deadline: April 14, 2026, 11:59 PM (ET)
Unredeemed vouchers will expire automatically after the deadline with no reissuance.
3. How It Works
3.1 Claim Your Mission First
Important: You must actively claim your mission on the campaign page before completing it. Completing tasks without claiming them first will not qualify you for rewards.
3.2 Mission Types & Requirements
Available missions vary by participant based on trading history and preferences. Check your campaign page for personalized tasks.
Mission 1: Net Deposit
Make a cumulative net deposit of ≥ CAD $1,000 (excluding transfers) during the campaign period
Reward: 1 FREE redemption voucher
Net Deposit = Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals
Mission 2: Refer a Friend
Successfully refer 1 new user who registers a moomoo account AND either:
Reward: 1 FREE redemption voucher
Referral must be a first-time moomoo customer
Mission 3: U.S. Options Trading
Mission 4: Cumulative Options Trading
Mission Rules:
Each mission can be completed once per person
Missions are personalized based on your profile
Duplicate completions do not earn additional rewards
3.3 Redemption Process
Redeem your vouchers at the Rewards Mall after earning them.

Voucher Terms:
Single-use only; expires after redemption
Non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be combined with other offers
Must be redeemed by April 14, 2026, 11:59 PM (ET) or will automatically expire
3.4 Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders ship within 10-15 business days after successful redemption (refer to product page for specifics).
Delivery Notes:
Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout
moomoo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information
Some regions may be outside our delivery coverage
Out-of-Stock Compensation:
If the Block Moo Collector's Set sells out during the campaign, we'll compensate with points:
FREE voucher holders: 25,000 points (full retail value)
30% OFF voucher holders: 7,500 points (representing the discount value)
Compensation points valid for 2 years from issuance date
4. Additional Terms

By participating, you acknowledge and agree to all campaign terms and conditions.
moomoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, including changing terms, conditions, rules, or scheduling, without prior notice.
4.2 Anti-Fraud Policy
Participants must engage fairly and legitimately. Prohibited activities include:
Cheating, fraud, or using automated programs
Exploiting system vulnerabilities
Malicious order manipulation
moomoo reserves the right to:
Revoke rewards obtained through irregular means
Disqualify participants engaging in violations
Pursue legal action when warranted
No compensation will be provided for disqualified participants.
4.3 Data & Verification
All campaign data (deposits, referrals, task completion, etc.) is determined by moomoo's backend system records.
In case of disputes, moomoo retains final interpretation and decision-making authority.
