2. Definitions
The withdrawable amount in your account includes:

Cash Withdrawable: Funds that have settled and can be withdrawn directly to your bank account.

Max Withdrawable: Calculated based on your cash withdrawable, portfolio holdings, and unsettled funds. Withdrawing more than your cash withdrawable will use margin financing, and interest will accrue from the withdrawal date.
3. Factors affecting cash withdrawable
3.1 Stock transactions
Stock trading is subject to exchange settlement cycles. After settlement is completed, the funds from sell orders will be added to your cash withdrawable amount.

For US or Canadian stocks, if you sell shares on Monday, August 18, 2025, the funds will settle and become withdrawable on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
3.2 Settlement amounts
At the end of each trading day, all transactions are reconciled to calculate unsettled amounts, including total buys, total sells, commissions, and transaction fees. Before settlement, the highest estimated commissions and fees are used, so your withdrawable cash may be lower than after final settlement.
3.3 Short positions or options margins
Short positions, option margins, or the market value of short option contracts may occupy some of your funds and reduce your cash withdrawable. Your cash balance does not always equal your withdrawable funds. For details, please refer to the account details page in the app.
