Share Your Story With Moomoo - October to December 2023

These terms and conditions shall apply to the 'Share Your Story With Moomoo' campaign (the 'campaign') organised by Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd trading as Moomoo AU. The campaign is valid from 30 October, 2023 at 18:00 to 3 December, 2023 at 23:59 (AET), the 'Campaign Period'.

All Moomoo AU users.

How it works

Complete a user survey within the Campaign Period to receive 2000 moomoo points redeemable for merchandise and prizes at the moomoo rewards club. You can find your points in your app, under 'Me' > 'Redeem Points' > 'Points Details'. Your moomoo points will be allocated to your moomoo trading account within 30 business days.

Other Terms & Conditions

Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits. It believes that the client has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the offer conditions. In such cases, Moomoo's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Moomoo AU also reserves the right to reclaim the rewards acquired via inappropriate means such as exploiting system vulnerabilities.

Moomoo AU reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the terms of all promotion and stock cash coupons) within the scope of relevant laws.

Moomoo AU shall not assume any liability for any financial or non-financial losses incurred to any person in connection with the Promotion, however arising, including but not limited to losses incurred from trading.

With respect to the materials (including without limitation, questionnaire, comments, speech) (collectively, “Materials”) the Participants provided in the campaign, each Participant understands and agrees that Moomoo AU and/or its affiliates may use, reproduce and retain any and all Materials for any purpose and in any manner, medium and format without incurring any liability to the Participants and/or any other person (including the requirement to pay any compensation in respect of such use of Materials). Each Participant further agrees to waive, unconditionally, irrevocably, and without further payment, all moral rights and author’s rights of a similar kind in relation to Materials.

These Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
