Jiyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Jiyu”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, specializes in reclamation works, and is supported by ship leasing services and other civil engineering works. We are subcontractors for marine construction projects and other civil engineering projects. Our marine construction works include (i) reclamation works; (ii) sand layer adjustment and deposition works; (iii) subsea pipeline works; and (iv) sediment treatment works. To subsidize our marine construction projects, we also offer boat leasing services to our customers. We provide our customers with boat leases for a specific period of time and provide crew to operate and manage the vessel if requested by the customer. In addition, we are also engaged in other civil works, including foundation works, site leveling works, and road and drainage works.
