The Group is a functional fabric and underwear manufacturer established in China, providing a variety of functional fabrics and underwear suitable for infants and adults. We manufacture functional and tailor-made fabrics for major underwear and apparel brands, and manufacture underwear products for major clothing brands by OEM method. The Group's production facilities are located in Zhucheng, Shandong Province, China, with a total construction area of over 52,000 square meters. The Group has modern production facilities, with an annual production capacity of about 18.6 million pieces of underwear, and an annual production capacity of about 4,000 tons of cloth. The Group has established a business model integrating the manufacture and sale of fabrics and underwear. Our vertically integrated operation of cutting and sewing underwear from fabric allows us to consider the specific requirements of our customers in each production process. As a result, we are able to provide our customers with greater flexibility in order specifications in the textile supply chain. The Group has also been granted a license by Outlast (a global company engaged in research, development, design and marketing of phase change materials) to manufacture and sell certain Outlast fabrics (including microcapsule phase change material coated fabrics or fibers) in China. Our products are mainly sold to the Japanese and Chinese markets, and the group has also begun selling infant underwear to the US market. We are committed to growing into one of China's leading manufacturers of functional fabrics and underwear for major international clothing brands.
