The company was first established in July 1988. It is one of the first securities companies in the country and is owned by the state. In October 2010, the company's initial listing application was reviewed and approved by the Development and Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and it was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 15.
