Fitch just downgraded the United States' credit rating and said they lost confidence in the government's "fiscal management."
Fitch basically just called the US fiscally irresponsible.
As we saw in the 2011 debt ceiling crisis, cutting the US credit rating is expensive.
Borrowing costs rise and confidence in the system is lost.
Now, history has repeated itself.
Only this time, the debt ceiling is effectively uncapped until January 1st, 2025.

Brenda : No they are not but not enough charging stations, plus where are they getting the lithium? And finally if we’d stop seeing pictures of Tesla batteries catching the car of fire, I don’t know why it’s going down. You can’t use a regular fire extinguisher. You need a special one. Then when the battery does give out if it doesn’t catch fire first they are just old that could be over $20,000 not accounting for labor.
