$Direxion Daily Real Estate Bull 3X Shares ETF(DRN.US)$ It's happening people you need to take a position why take a look.. this is the first time in years that the real estate sector has led every other sector at any point in time.. 90% of all mutual funds and pension plans that are approved for buying real estate stocks have zero position in them that shows you how much money is going to be flowing into the sector and we are not talking about strip malls and vacant office buildings.

  • 74172505 : leveraged ETF usually not good for long term holding, I’m really trying to convince myself into this one

  • 10baggerbammOP 74172505: yeah you know what people keep saying that and you need to buy it when there's movement accumulation you don't want to buy it in a downturn unless you are in the inverse. as far as fees you know to pay 1% or 2% depending upon which ETF it's irrelevant it truly is meaningless because you're getting the leverage that's not possible even if you went on margin number one number two I had somebody comment two weeks ago when I recommended the TSL which is the Tesla leverage ETF and they said well the decay rate what is a decay rate because they do use options the management company and there's obviously a cost options and that's above and beyond the management fee to the ETF and the decay is again insignificant and irrelevant because if you're in something that is under accumulation the index the underlying stocks you're never going to be able to see it and coincidentally Tsll went from $5 to over $9 in six days.

  • 10baggerbammOP 10baggerbammOP: the fees incidentally are an annual fee so over a full 12 months and again if you're in something that long I was in the utility stocks the utsl down around 14 and I still have them and they're over $28 I collect the dividend my dividend was about 6% when I was buying it around $14 a share I think it's still yields about three and a quarter three and a half and drix. charges I think it's like a .75% annual fee (the fee is already priced in the nav when it's calculated so it's not like you're getting a debit on your principal that you would even notice)  so net net it's insignificant the fees I'll gladly pay them to get that leverage and you see with the utilities are doing they're absolutely destroying every other sector right now
