Getting double returns on funds in 2023, so what's my 2024 Fund Strategy

I'm glad to be invited as a speaker in Moo Moo's Fireside Chat about 2023 Recap & 2024 Outlook, where we talked about our investment journey in 2023, our outlook for 2024, and answered burning question that fellow retail investors had. In the session I mentioned that I had a fund strategy with supernormal returns. This strategy had allowed me to get more than 2x of the typical fund returns. How did I manage to do so? Read on and I will share all the secrets.
Similar to many Mooers on Moo Moo, we buy into Money Market Funds like $Fullerton SGD Cash Fund(SG9999005961.FD)$ and $CSOP USD Money Market Fund(SGXZ96797238.FD)$ in 2023. This is because these funds buys into treasury bills (tbills) so our returns will be similar to the yield of tbills. The YTD yield on $Fullerton SGD Cash Fund(SG9999005961.FD)$ is 3.87%, and the YTD yield on $CSOP USD Money Market Fund(SGXZ96797238.FD)$ is 4.88%. However, investing in these fund, I managed to get double the returns The Magic is using $Futu Holdings Ltd(FUTU.US)$ fund vouchers
As seen below, my total fund returns since inception is SGD1,647.15, and in 2023 there is another ~SGD1,900 (USD1,429.14) that I had received in Moo Moo Fund vouchers. So using Moo Moo Fund vouchers with the Money Market Funds, I had more than doubled the typical returns the funds will get.

Currently, SG TBill is giving a return of 3.73%, and US TBill is at 4.89%, but did you know that Moo Moo can help make those TBill to give you 5.8% return, sometimes even 10%, 15% and even 18% by using their vouchers. Moo Moo is way more powerful than Jerome Powell. 18% interest rate, can JPow beat that?

2024 Fund strategy
In 2024, I will still leverage on Moo Moo Vouchers whenever possible to continue to create such insane supernormal profit. On top of that, I will be starting to move funds out of the Money Market Fund into bonds and dividends stock. This is in anticipation for the interest rate to start coming down starting in 2024 and beyond.
There is a strong correlation between the price and yield of bonds and dividends stocks, against the interest rates movement. So, I will be making some move, to try and lock in the higher yield before it goes back down. Of course, there's a chance that interest rates might continue to rise with inflation, but based on the fed's dot plot, it is more likely that interest rate will start coming down.
Since I follow a barbell strategy, with half of my portfolio in safer, tax-free income generators. For that portion, I'm all about steady cash flow rather than trying to time the market. On the bond side, I'm thinking of locking in the 3% to 4% on long term government and investment grade bond such as $iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF(TLT.US)$. On the dividend equities side, achieving a 5 to 8% yield from strong blue-chip companies is fantastic in my book. So I'm planning to lock in that higher yield and enjoy the cash flow while waiting for potential interest rate drops. I anticipate that when interest rates do decrease, I may see an increase in both share and bond prices.
