Confusing promotion and super slow response from customer service

The 5.8% promotion is so confusing, I deposited more than 50k and bought 9 trades, but nothing happened after 2 days, checked with customer service via WhatsApp and only told me it seems I did not sign up but I remember I signed up before and this time I just clicked on the deposit button to deposit. Here to seek notice from MOMO people to follow up on this as so many ppl are confused on this

  • 102765799 Moomoo Buddy: I think moomoo buddy should do more than just refer to hotline.  what's the use of having this chat if it doesn't advise? just provide clear instructions on how customer can enjoy the promotion.  this will quell  all doubts that moo is being deceptive or unclear

  • FirstStrike Veteran : I have never ever had a problem with Moomoo not responding to any of my questions as long as I followed what Moomoo Buddy says is the proper way to get help. I have never heard of contacting Moomoo for help on any other platform. I have been with Moomoo since 2019 and I couldnt be happier for everything they do for their clients.

  • LuckyRicky888OP FirstStrike Veteran: thanks for your comments and momo has a customer service WhatsApp account and I thought that is the proper platform to report such kind of issue, but looks like no. we need to go through within the app to consult the problem, I have also done so and they indeed responded faster in this way.
