Chinese Estates Holdings Limited (Chinese Real Estate Group), the parent company of the Group, is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The core business of Chinese Real Estate includes investment property leasing and sales of development properties. The Group is based in Hong Kong and also holds property interests in mainland China and the United Kingdom. Property investment Chinese investment properties include shopping malls and office buildings. Most of the Group's investment properties are located in Hong Kong's superior business districts such as Causeway Bay and Wan Chai.
