2. Fees charged on the transactions (denominated in other currencies) will be based on the foreign exchange rates. Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to adjust the minimum charges in accordance with the exchange rates.
Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. does not charge any processing fees for corporate actions of Singapore stocks. However any third-party/exchange charges will still be passed on to client.
In accordance with the removal of the goods and services tax (GST) administrative concession by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), as of 1 April 2022, GST will be levied on corporate actions fees of Singapore stocks (applicable to Singapore Tax Resident).
Please note that dividends may also be subject to tax. Tax rates will vary according to each respective country's tax rate.

In the Singapore Budget 2022, the Minister for Finance announced that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate will be increased from: (i) 7% to 8% with effect from 1 January 2023; and (ii) 8% to 9% with effect from 1 January 2024. As fees and services provided by moomoo SG are subject to GST at the prevailing rate, the GST will be levied on all relevant domestic and foreign fees, including but not limited to commissions, platform fees, exchange fees, and other fees (applicable to Singapore Tax Residents).
Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend or charge relevant fees without prior notice.
