Prager Energy, 12th place, closed up 12.8%, with a turnover of $2.81 billion.Stephen Byrd, an analyst at Morgan Stanley, upgraded Prager's energy stock to overweight from flat, and raised its target price to $40 from $35. The analyst said Prager Energy has the ability to become a leader in the hydrogen energy economy.

Sea Ltd, the 15th Singapore Internet company, closed 7.5% higher with a turnover of US $2.04 billion.

Saifu, the 18th cloud service provider, closed 1.9% higher with a transaction of $1.87 billion.
