GLONGHUI November 8 | Bank of China Aviation Leasing (02588.HK) announced that Robert Martin will step down from his executive position as general manager and CEO on December 31, 2023, and will no longer serve as an authorized representative. Mr. Martin will remain a member of the board of directors, be re-appointed as a non-executive director effective 1 January 2024, and will continue to serve as a member of the Strategy and Budget Committee.
Mr. Steven Townend has been appointed as Executive Director, General Manager and CEO, Strategy and Budget Committee Member and Authorized Representative, effective 1 January 2024. Mr. Townend will step down as Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer effective December 31, 2023.
