Qualcomm Inc's(NASDAQ:QCOM) automotive design-win pipeline has more than doubled in less than a year as more and more automakers turn to the company'sSnapdragon Digital Chassissolutions.

Cristiano Amon, president and CEO of Qualcomm, highlighted the accelerated adoption Monday on Benzinga's "PreMarket Prep."

$30 Billion Pipeline:Qualcomm's design-win pipeline for automotive was hovering around $19 billion last quarter before interest increased significantly. The company added an additional $10 billion in just the last two months, bringing its total pipeline up to $30 billion, Amon said.
