How to withdraw

● Supported Currencies: Only Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

● Supported Banks: Only withdrawals to banks in Malaysia are supported, including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Affin Bank, RHB Bank, and most of the Malaysian banks duly approved by Bursa Malaysia. For details, please refer to the APP.

● Withdrawal Limit: The minimum limit is 0.01 Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), with no maximum limit.

 

To submit a withdrawal request in the moomoo app:

1. Go to Accounts > Transfers > Withdraw, or click here to access the withdrawal page.

2. Select the universal account you'd like to withdraw from and the withdrawal currency. Note that only Ringgit is currently available.

3. Select the beneficiary bank account.

4. Enter the withdrawal amount and submit the withdrawal request.

 

Notes:

● Please add a bank account under your name before withdrawing funds. To add or change your own personal bank account or joint bank account, go to Accounts > Transfers > Bank Account in the app, or click here.

● You can withdraw funds from your Moomoo MY universal account to your bank account. However, withdrawing funds to other third party platforms is currently not supported.

● Your Cash Withdrawable indicates the funds available for withdrawal to your bank account. To learn more about Cash Withdrawable, click here.
