Beginning Friday, July 8, at 5 a.m. PDT, the completely redesigned MacBook Air with M2 will be available to order, and will start arriving to customers worldwide on Friday, July 15.
According to the official mall, the purchase of two sets per consumer is still limited. There are two versions of a 13-inch M2 chip with 8+256GB 8 core display and 13-inch M2 chip with 8+512GB 10 core display.
The new model carries the latest generation of self-developed M2 chips, uses the second-generation 5-nanometer manufacturing process and has 20 billion transistors, 25% more than the M1 chip. LPDDR5 unified memory that supports the highest 24GB, with four high-performance cores and four high-performance cores.
MacBook Air with M2 starts at $1,199(US) and $1,099(US) for education.
