Everyone who came here wants to profit from the market and no one wants to lose their hard earned cash.
So what makes it so hard that many people continues to fall into the losing pitfall?

looks like a great time to ipo and collect funds now that fund holdings are at all time high and not too much room for sustainable growth. wish the fund well
at any point of time in life, change is the only constant. Market volatility is the hallmark of change. one thing about change is that if it’s over a longer period of time, it’s easier to gauge the outcome. If anxiety is part of your psyche, keep your sanity by looking further out. Get your hands dirty on what company will be recovering in the future and will do well in that context. If hk market is crashing and burning now, look at which company will likely persist through tha...
$ViacomCBS(VIAC.US)$ data centres are needed to deploy these Video on demand entertainment hubs. how are they moving so slowly in the deployment!? paramount plus available on 45 countries by end of next year!? so slow!
$ViacomCBS(VIAC.US)$ really really really really want to enter! when paramount plus hits the international market, it will be time for Netflix to give up some market shares. unbelievable undervalued company. there’s so much competitions. of all, this should be a better bet. I’m a Trekkie but i don’t think I am bias.
$Weibo(WB.US)$ What would be a good price for entry? it’s a hard company to value. adding users at high rate is a good sign. this is one of those companies where analysts are extremely bullish and yet stocks sells down. Analysts jobs are marvellous. write whatever and get paid after posting ratings even if it’s wrong.
$Intel(INTC.US)$ $Taiwan Semiconductor(TSM.US)$ Tsm set to hike chip price by 20%. perfectly fine inflation example. all companies that depends on tsm for their chips wil enjoy a drop in profit margin. with intc building more foundries, they too probably will need to hike it’s price to offset the investments. But one thing for certain, just like tsm, intc will benefit from economics of scale. intc chips will definitely be cheaper than competitors since there’s no middleman to take a cut. I do hope intc pull it off. it’s will be fun to see intc chips a lot cheaper and the performance better than competitors. I write on intc only because it’s undervalued. Ever since the new ceo Pat Gelsinger comes on board, I see the light that intc is in the midst of making a paradigm shift. He’s shaking up those sleepy exec who stuck to old gen tech and old ways of doing things. intc needs innovators and not those guys who stuck to old ”core competencies”. intc should set its priorities right. Is it an innovative company or just some manufacturing company who happens to did tech for a long time. The ceos were mba or finance background. Their best moves will never be a tech innovation. with Pat in house, hell yeah he knows his priorities. Daniel Loeb knows his priorities too in getting Pat into intc. Thanks Daniel Loeb. Can’t wait for the future to happen. I want a chip price war! I want a benchmark war! finally those are going to happen!

    $Intel(INTC.US)$
    1. intel alder lake has a lead on consumer technology where it already support for pcie 5.0 and ddr 5. Amd announced they plan to support pcie 5.0 and ddr5 by next gen release slated earliest by 3Q 2022.
Intel has a max 1 year of lead time to profit from their consumer chip segment as much as possible.
    2. amd next consumer chip with 3d v cache will be based off older gen pcie 4.0 and ddr 4. tbc Q12022. personally I cant wait for this to announce but if its up to a salesperson, pcie 5.0 and ddr 5 would be a better marketing sales pitch.
    3. there is no such thing as brand loyalty to chips manufacturers. may the best benchmarks wins. may the best supply chain wins. whoever goes out of stock in stores passes that sale to the next best pc builds.
    4. more products segments = more sales channels. intc finally going to release gpu!! Crypto Miners rejoice! More gpu manufacturers the better. A definite soldout.
    Intel FTW. Amd FTW.
NVDA monopoly on CUDA rendering FTW.
There is enough to go around, the market needs more new players to push the envelope so that misfit ceo who does not push for technology advancement can be shuffled out quickly and bad decisions by management can be dealt with even quicker.
Long live Bob Swan. And May Pat Gelsinger, Lisa Su, Jensen Huang live long and prosper.
