$SoundHound AI(SOUN.US$ you're going to have to pay close attention to the shelf offering because that's happening they haven't said the size of it and the conditions of it because no one's going to buy stock with the same prices in the open market are they going to create a new series of warrants for them are they going to sell it at a 20% discount to Market free trading so that's the first thing that needs to be looked at the second is is how Kayvon answers the question of why did your revenue drop from last quarter to this quarter. because that short report which the company never addressed breaks down really what are key problems with the company with SoundHound and it's disappointing to me that an officer of the company an executive board member a director nobody ever came out and said it's not true we're going to adamantly defend our position and we're going to sue this company for misinformation. next is what have they done with their sales force because I have to tell you they have a very thin sales force when I say that I mean like one person that covers all the New England one person covers the southeast it's asinine and I don't know if this is because they have no ability to fulfill franchises of any significant size on a timely basis so they don't want to solicit larger franchises that they're going after the moms and pops which are easier to install their order entry.

10baggerbammOP : I'm sure the question is going to come up with White Castle at what point will you be completed with your installation Nationwide because it was four and a half years as of the last quarter that's a long time that's a huge problem it needs to be 12 to 18 months maybe Max 24 for large franchises but they're taking far too long the technology evolves much quicker than what they're offering with their large language model their Superior technology that is able to detect inference meaning how a word is used in your attitude if you're happy if you're sad what did you infer when you said it so the same word can mean different things.. there is competition so looking at their net margins are they increasing are they decreasing decreasing would be they're having to compete on price so ideally you want to see their net margins increasing which means they are able to dictate price and people are accepting of it because they see the value. the perplexity news announcement today is key I don't know what they're going to disclose but I listed earlier what needs to be addressed are they giving them the stock is that the private placement from the shelf offering at a certain price below the market that would be awesome really for them to elaborate what is going on with that deal and how will it be acreative to earnings.. I'm sure someone's going to ask them do you still see yourself as cash flow positive in the second half of 25 or is it pushed off ideally they say possibly the end of this year. so there's a lot of key points that need to be checked in order for the stock to even trade higher because I think the reality is it's going to be you know 50 75 cents lower on tomorrow's open but we'll see I still have my portion of profits I left in this company so I have a vested interest in seeing them succeed but I have my reservations
