$SoundHound AI(SOUN.US)$ you all need to spend some time and see what anthropic is doing with what they call Claude 3
they will bury soundhounds technology soundhounds technology without chat is obsolete that's why they bought a chat based company last year so they can incorporate chat into their product line anthropic even in its early stages right now with her third incarnation what they call Claude 3
it is superior to everything Google has it is superior to chat gpt4 it is virtually human-like right now and this will be incorporated into everything and it's still in an evolutionary development. where they'll have a next generation and a next generation and it will be a software download just like your phone has automated updating that's what will happen.. soundhounds days are numbered because they are dealing in a product that is like trying to sell black and white TVs to everybody that has quarter inch thick 100 inch diagonal LCD. if you don't spend the time to understand what anthropic is doing shame on you you all have been warned.

  • Gojooo : Why nvidia still invest in SOUN?

  • 10baggerbammOP Gojooo: they made the investments 7 years ago the few million dollars. this is a rounding error to Nvidia they're making tens of billions of dollars in profits so $6 million is like you having a penny fall out of your pocket and you go I'm not going to bend over and pick it up

  • Gojooo : I would like to hear your opinion on QUIK sir

  • 10baggerbammOP Gojooo: I'm not smart enough to stay on top of what every company does. there was a time that Nvidia only had a few million in revenues and many people shied away from them there was a time that Nvidia stock had collapsed down to a few dollars and people shied away from them. I wasn't smart enough to buy it when it was a few dollars I now own in video like everybody else because if you don't you're missing out on the next 10 years of evolution and it doesn't matter that the company's worth 2 trillion in value today cuz it could be 20 trillion dollars in 10 years. how I tend to look at things is if I have $100,000 to invest or $10,000 to invest or a million dollars to invest what offers the best risk reward in the short term what offers the best protection so I lose the least if we get a market sell off by sector by political event.. what if the company individually misses their earnings what happens and you see this quite frequently where the numbers are good but they forecast softer growth in one or two quarters because of product delays because of shipping whatever and the stock gets crucified if you don't have the ability to commit more assets and average your costs down You're now screwed because you have to wait for the next cycle for them to produce positive results so that you can begin to break even before you turn a profit.. so when it comes to semiconductors aside from owning in video which I do I stick with owning and trading the soxl.. I get 300% leverage which provides you the same type of return of any individual company if you're right you get diversification because there's a basket and we all see it how a rising tide lifts All ships where if one or two key companies has something evolutionary and revolutionary and money chases those stocks the whole basket rises.

  • 10baggerbammOP 10baggerbammOP: I've been burnt so many times and individual companies where the CEOs have lied where they've cooked their books where political events like you're seeing China flex their muscle saying no Intel no AMD. that I'm very very selective with the individual companies that I own I do have some risk where I take sizable positions and younger companies but I'm looking at not greed I'm looking at 2 years 3 years down the road where these stocks are basically flat lying dead now.
I was buying SoundHound a year ago in March when it would trade one or two million shares a day and I would post all we really need is a 20 million share day and people will discover this company and then obviously it did happen and the stock Rose but the CEO burnt everybody in June by selling stock and they're doing it again right now.. and there's other internal problems with the company I believe their technology is overvalued that's why they bought what they always said was an inferior technology chat there's no logical reasons if you have the best you don't buy an inferior company they go bankrupt by themselves their technology becomes obsolete instead soundhounds technology is becoming obsolete Claude 3 is evolutionary it is virtually human-like and can you imagine going through a drive-thru and you're having an interactive conversation and you don't know if it's a person or a computer that's Claude that's AI and that's why SoundHound is already been left behind.. what's the upside for SoundHound I don't know I still have stock in it I left profits some profits in the company and if they turn out to pivot and be accepted then 5 years from today 10 years from today I'll be handsomely rewarded. if they get left behind and go by the way of the dodo bird and the stock goes to zero I don't care, because I'm playing with some of the houses chips.
