This approach not only attracts new funds but also cultivates user loyalty by providing tangible benefits for maintaining a long-term relationship with Moomoo.
VIP Tier System with Exclusive Benefits:
Introduce a VIP tier system based on asset value, akin to the banking tier system. For instance, users with assets exceeding 200k SGD/USD could qualify for a specific VIP tier. Each tier could offer exclusive benefits such as reduced transaction fees, priority customer support, advanced research tools, and more. This initiative not only recognizes and rewards high-value users but also fosters a sense of belonging and exclusivity within the Moomoo community.
